“Lovely piece of furniture. Black Chest of drawers. 3 over 4! Comes already assembled which is such a bonus and the men carried it upstairs to the appointed room. Very happy except the drawers are NOT soft close! Would have been 10/10 if the drawers were soft close!”

“Another stunning piece delivered, great delivery from the team. I thought about buying a cheaper brand online but once this arrived I knew I had made the right decision. Perfect in every way, it was out of stock when ordered but kept informed as to delivery, and worth the short wait. You get what you pay for and this is quality at its best.”

“I ordered the Toulouse chest of drawers along with two bedside cabinets. in dove grey. I was contacted by email of when the furniture was going to be delivered with a 3 hour window. The delivery driver messaged me when they were 30 mins away. I was a bit miffed when I was left with the chest of drawers in its side and told how to open it out of the box! Being a woman on my own I wanted to get on and use my chest of drawers right away so I asked if the delivery driver wouldn’t mind helping me out. It didn’t take him long so was much easier for him to do it than ask me to do it! Anyway he was helpful and his help was very much appreciated. The furniture looks lovely from the outside but inside the drawers there are some rough bits of wood that keep rubbing in the items in the drawers. I think they may be stoppers to stop the drawers falling out when in transit but not great for friction on your garments! I managed to push the leavers up so they’re not pointing down but they still rub! I’ve never known chest of drawers to have those wood pieces at the top of each drawer one each side and I am not sure of the purpose of them to be honest doesn’t seem finished to me. Having just moved I haven’t got around to opening the bedside cabinets yet but I am guessing the drawers in that will be the same!”
