“We ordered a large TV unit and coffee table. The furniture itself is lovely. The service however, was lacking. I contacted the company to find out when the delivery would be. They told me we had been allocated a slot 3 weeks after purchase (the very end of the advertised possible window). I told them that we were on holiday on this date. We were then told that we would need to wait for next delivery schedule. Consequently, our furniture was delivered nearly 6 weeks after purchase. The woman I spoke to several times regarding our delivery date (possibly with a South African accent?), was extremely abrupt and verging on rude. When the furniture was eventually delivered, one of the drivers was miserable, rude and unhelpful. Really disappointing service. On a positive note, when I had been emailing the company (Ben)to get information about the products, they couldn't have been more helpful. Sadly it appears once they have your money, the level of service does not continue.”

“This is the second lot of toulouse bedroom furniture ive bought. The pieces look great , just a little flimsy to the sides and back, but sturdy enough. The underside is very rough and ready but no one see that. Overall I'd say it was value for money and looks great in both my bedrooms. I would recommend”

“Lovely furniture. Delivered to the room of my choice but not unpacked at all. Was very difficult for me to unpack the units as a lady living on my own”

“Your website states “nationwide delivery available” but in fact it isn’t!!! Tell the truth to save customers wasting their time going through the process of ordering only to discover you only deliver to a limited area. Very disappointing and will make sure all my contacts are made aware.”

“Really impressive workmanship, great design and materials. Only problem was that they were 2 inches too tall for our normal worktop height island so we had to cut 16 legs down without making them wobbly!”

“Good quality bench. Was supposed to be a ex display but came as good as new. I expected it to be constructed but I had to put it together myself. It didn't take long. Overall value for money and good service”
