“My new TV unit is absolutely fabulous. I love it. The only thing I would say if anything I’m here disabled on my own and I did ask the two guys to take it out of the box and they said no and I thought that was a bit where most other places actually take out of the box for you now but I would’ve given it 10 out of 10 so for that I’ll give it nine.”

“Simon and Tony delivered our table this morning as per agreed date. Called before hand to give us a time for delivery, much appreciated. Very friendly, polite, and helpful, carrying the boxes through to the dining room for us. Great looking furniture, good quality oak table and value for money. Thank you”

“Having been disappointed by the lack of quality in most flat pack furniture, we decided to go up sa price point for our hall console table. We were delighted by the care taken by the delivery team, by the excellent protective packaging and by the quiality of the table. We are very, very pleased with it.”

“For the chairs I would give 5* but the delivery was a right let down. I'd been informed by telephone that the delivery would arrive on 15th January between 7am - 10am. I made sure I was up before 7am only to find that the chairs had been left outside the garage at 6.30am! As it was due to rain all day I had no choice but to bring them in myself, which was a real struggle. I'm in my 80s and live alone. I will say the chairs were very well packaged.”

“Very pleased with the service from Top Furniture. Emailed them before submitting order with a query and it was answered very quickly. After ordering they gave me a delivery date and time slot several days prior to the day. On the day the drivers rang me to narrow it down to a one hour slot. Later they sent me a text to give me an approximate time of arrival. They came within about 3 minutes of that time. Ethan and Harry who delivered the drawers were respectful, pleasant, polite and helpful. Never had a better delivery service. Only a little bit dissappointed with the drawers. There is no actual "wood texture" to them. I was aware they would be white and glossy but they do not have any wood effect so just a little dissappointed but would use them again - perhaps only when they have a sale on though.”
