“Excellent service. Excellent product. I had a enquiry and left a message via their website at midnight and they replied at 9am the following morning with the internal measurements I required. After ordering they rang to confirm the delivery day for a week later with a 3 hour window. My unit was delivered by 2 members of their staff at the expected time. There was no assembly needed. The unit is really solid and looks fantastic. I am really pleased and would recommend this company.”

“The quality of the toulouse bedroom furniture is diabolical. It looks nice, but is so flimsy, and light. Lovely guys who delivered it, very proffessional. If I had viewed it in store, I would not have purchased it.”

“I just wanted to say I had all my bedroom in your furniture have come back for a third time for another wardrobe ,fantastic to put together my daughter and I did it very easy all screws fit where they are supposed to ,great delivery and free just all round great thankyou.”

“Very good service, quality made blanket box at a really competitive price, did not charge for delivery like most furniture suppliers of this item and delivered when promised. “Furniture is lovely if a tad expensive. The service not so good. The delivery men refused to take the furniture upstairs said it wasn’t their job. As I’m 60 and live alone this wasn’t great. I managed to get the bedside cabinets upstairs myself but had to organise help with the dressing table. Wouldn’t order again for that reason.”

“I am very happy with the dining chair,it is solid oak and almost matches the existing set I have had for a few years,the seat pad is not very comfy but I am sure it will be fine in time. Delivery was a bit awkward as I emailed and phoned to explain I could take delivery any time apart from a specific 2 hour slot when I had a prearranged appointment ,and they came at that precise time ! .luckilly my neighbour took the delivery in for me.”
