“The products were of very high quality-the colour differs slightly but not too much-we understand that they are wood so there will be differences The wait for products was quite long but we were kept up to date with the delivery”

“I found To Furniture very good my daughter placed the order for a carver chair. I now find I need a chair with arms to help stand up. The response was excellent giving time between 8 am - 11 am and date for delivery. There was a hiccup on delivery which was a shame. We waited but no-one came. About 1. 30pm I opened our back door to go into garden and there was the chair all wrapped up on the patio. I couldn’t believe anyone would by pass the front of our detached home go to the back garden to deliver and not come to the door. We later learnt our door bell was at fault but we have a large porch. Then my daughter who had by then returned home to Copenhagen called and we gave her the news. She it seems had instructed when ordering if ‘no one was at home leave it around the back of the house (we would never do that). The events were resolved. The chair is very nice matches in well with our dining furniture. Thank you. I would suggest if you could instruct your driver to put a delivery note through the letterbox for safety. If it had rained it could have been a different story also we would have been aware much sooner of delivery. No idea on delivery or time.”

“I bought the Toulousse bed in black from this company, after weighing up the options between this one and the cotswold co bed. The item was delivered in time, and was made of good quality it seemed. However, it appeared to mark quite easily with fingerprints which is obviously not ideal. I tried to clean the product with numerous things, as per the care instructions but to no avail and as time has gone on, the markings have got worse given changing the bed, use etc. The bed now looks horrific to say the least. I reached out to Top Furniture to explain of the issue, and to advise that cleaning had not worked, and if they knew of anything. They sent me the care instructions again, and advised me essentially that I was doing something wrong and had used abbrasive products. I replied to state that this was not the case, but was met with being ignored. I sent a further 2 emails to try to get some help, and again was further ignored. To prove my point, I video'd myself, and the bed, touching with clean hands and just a finger, to show them how the bed marks from literally nothing. To date, no acknowledgment or reply. Totally awful customer service, totally awful product unfortuantely. Anyone reading this review, go to the cotswold co.”
