“I ordered a tv corner unit which is lovely. It has fitted in perfectly with existing furniture. The sizing was accurate. It was delivered on time and as agreed both by phone and email. We have been very pleased with the whole process.”

“Delivery today of a massively heavy lovely country oak table and ten chairs fit for a baronial hall! Rob and Cai were great lugging a 92kg large table top package along a rough crazy paving path, through a narrow gate and across rough grass and finally through french doors to get it into the dining room of a grade II listed property on a very hot day - full marks to them. I have yet to assemble the table but the pieces look very well made and solid. The chairs come fully assembled and no problems with any of them. Good customer service prior to delivery.”

“Had to travel a little bit to see the products, our firsr purchase, but well worth it. Good quality, good prices, good service. What more do you want. The quality is as good , or better than John Lewis etc so we may risk not going to a showroom to actually see the next purchase.”

“Carver chair is perfect for our requirements - looks really well and it is a very substantial chair. The young gentleman that delivered it was extremely polite and helpful, unpacking the chair and placing it against the table. “Not a good experience. My partner bought a Country Oak 80cm table for the kitchen. Very disappointed with the quality as the top dents and scratches very easily. And if sitting with the,window behind you they are really noticeable. I have,queried whether it is actually Oak, but from reading other reviews it would appear to be Oak veneer which explains a lot in respect of quality. Customer service can't help as damage needs to be reported on delivery and are not responsible for wear and tear; i accept if it was normal wear and tear but it seems it rakes very little to dent or sceatch it. In fact the sceatch was from a very short finger nail thst xame into contact with the table surface when pucking up a spoon...so we now have a table that by Christmas will look really tat and we hate. Wasted our money.”

“The ordering process was easy enough. The unit looked stylish and a nice creamy black, however, the unit has a slight dent which is disappointing, for the price I would expect perfection. The delivery guys were not very friendly”
