“I requested that the item be delivered to my bedroom both when I placed the order and again during the delivery process. However, the two delivery men left the item on my drive instead. They claimed that no one answered the door, but my Ring doorbell clearly shows that they did not ring the bell. Very disappointing.”

“Not only was the customer service amazing, the delivery guys so polite and friendly, but the product fantastic quality. In error I only ordered one dinning chair and when I phone to order a second, the customer care lady was brilliant and my second chair will now arrive in time for the weekend. I would definitely use Top Furniture again and recommend to anyone looking for quality furniture at a good price.”

“I have been very impressed by this company. After ordering the country cream bookcase at the weekend I received a phone call on Monday morning giving me a time and date for delivery, which was the end of the week. Delivery was bang on time with my purchase taken to the room that it was bought for by an extremely friendly and helpful man. It was well protected by lots of wrapping and un marked and just what I wanted. Thank you.”
