“The guys were bang i On time at 06.30 Which is incredible, given that they had to drive from Stoke on Trent to Bury St Edmund’s . They bought the bed in , In pieces , and carried it upstairs and put it together In 10 minutes . The guys were friendly, polite and respectful . It does have a mark on the headboard , which I have raised with the company. . Many thanks”

“Ordered on Jan26 delivered May 26 disappointed with the long delay. However I am very happy with my chairs. Well made and colour of the leather was spot on with the sample that was sent to me.Communication and updates were good. I have given 4 stars because of the delay.”

“We had a few problems with our original purchase and i didnt read the small print once it arrived. After assembly we noticed 3 issues with the product and after reading the documents carefully i found that I shouldnt of assembled it and should of kept original boxes for return which unfortunately we disposed of. However Customer services (especially Lucy) were absolutely fabulous and I'd rate them well over 10 if I could. They told me just to dissemble the unit and they would arrange for it to be picked up as is when they deliver a whole new complete unit. What service! A week later the replacement arrived, it was assembled and it's perfect just what we hoped for. Times for delivery were given and all turned up exactly on time. The delivery guys were fantastic, polite and carried the boxes to exactly where we wanted them. What a fantastic experience working with Top Furniture it has been.”

“The table I received was good but what let you down was not very helpful delivery as a 73 yr old asked for help putting it together but was told bluntly no would have only taken them 5-10 mins an option to have furniture assembled would be a great help wouldn’t have minded paying extra”
