“We had an excellent delivery from Rob and Cai and building this bed was so easy. The end result is amazing a strudy well made bed that looks great. We are so pleased we purchased this from Top Furniture.”

“Love my new furniture. Excellent quality & customer service. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the delivery. Request to be contacted prior to arrival at delivery address not fulfilled. Contacted when at delivery address which I was not at & although only 10 minutes away delivery men refused to wait. Very unhelpful & uncooperative. Furniture left outside in back garden.”

“Very happy with my purchase, furniture arrived assembled except for the wardrobe but wasn’t too hard to put together (instructions could have been a little more detailed though!) Furniture is made very well and is very sturdy. Looks great in my bedroom.”

“The product is great, but we were not aware that the delivery would be only as far as the inside of our front door. As it is a very heavy item we then had to arrange and pay another organisation to take the chest of drawers upstairs. It would have been very useful to know in advance that this would be necessary.”
