“The furniture looks good but had a red patch at the back which wouldn't come off. Back is quite rough and the bottom needed sanding down, also shelves too low for wine bottles”

“I love my new bedside tables .... very professional company. From ordering to delivery, all correspondence, including the two delivery drivers, were 5*... thank you. The only reason I gave 4 * is the painting, which I think could have been a bit better. Also, an option of buying glass tops would have been helpful too , I would definitely purchased them. I would highly recommend and will buy from you again, in fact I'm waiting for my laundry box to arrive in September.”

“We would like to say the bedroom furniture is perfect can't say that for the 2nd delivery men we are in our late seventies and blankly refused to take one chest of draws upstairs so totally disgusting it says your order will be taken to room of choice”

“Delighted with the Breakfast Bar stools that we purchased online from Top Furniture. Just what we wanted at a good price. Excellent service by the delivery team who kept us fully up to date and arrived exactly on time. Only problem was length of time between making the order and its eventual delivery. We were informed that our original order had missed a ship departing China and that it would therefore arrive at least 6 weeks later than we had expected and planned for. However, this did not handicap us greatly as we were away for much of the time and the 2 stools were well worth waiting for when they eventually arrived.”

“Lovely furniture, arrived well packaged, assembled and protected without any scratches or damage. The drawers are all on the small side, which is slightly disappointing so won’t fit as much as our previous furniture, hence one star down.”

“beautiful looking drawers but if you're looking for lots of storage these aren't the ones for you, there is no depth to the drawers, if I'd seen them in person I probably wouldn't have bought them, due to lack of space, but they do look lovely, I just had to de-clutter from old drawers”

“The chests of drawers look amazing. My only issue is with the drawer stops which are varying in length and seem to waste some of the drawer space.”

“The salesman was excellent, informative and not pushy. We are very pleased with the furniture however the delivery let the side down. The two men were not rude but they certainly weren't jolly. We had assumed that a two man delivery would deliver bedroom furniture to the bedroom. This was not the case. As a 73 year old, I had to use rope to get the 28kg chest of drawers up the stairs. My back has taken a week to recover. Sort the delivery side out to get 5 stars.”

“After looking for white beside drawers for over 1 year I am so happy to have found ones that we like! The drawers are sturdy, they look great and the service was brilliant. My only negative is that for the price they could have had a better finish as when you look at the side panels for example some parts have gaps and others don't making it look a little bit thrown together. I've convinced myself it's rustic looking because I like them so much but just something to consider if your a bit of a perfectionist so you are not disappointed.”

“Excellent customer service in terms of ordering and booking the delivery. However, delivery of item was not good as 1 of the delivery men refused to take item upstairs before even looking to assess the stairs, so I'm left with a large piece of furniture in my hallway. The other delivery driver was empathetic and advised to open the box, remove the drawers before moving the unit. It took over 1 hour for my husband and I to move the unit to where it needed to go as without the protective packaging, we didn't want to scratch or damage it. Contacted customer services to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery service and they apologised on behalf of delivery driver. Overall, the piece of furniture is of amazing quality and really pleased with it, customer service fantastic but poor service on delivery of item hence the 4 star rating. I have ordered another chest of drawers from the range and I'm really hoping for better service from the delivery team next time.”

“Excellent communication. Delivery slightly earlier than advised. Just a little surprised at the finishing on some of the rear of the drawers - not completely painted. I realise you don't see this area but doesn't seem to fit with the quality of the rest of the items.”

“Happy with the furnature and it looks good in the bedroom. Delivery efficient and within the stated time slot however, I would have paid extra to have it taken upstairs as it was heavy and awkward and nearly put paid to me and my husband who are 69!”
