“Very pleased with chest of drawers . Only criticism I have is regarding delivery. I was told by your staff member when delivery was organised that the drivers would attempt to put furniture in our bedroom as long as it did not cause damage . However the men refused to even try and says it wasn’t their job !”

“Good - Furniture is beautiful and exactly as pictured, absolutely no complaints Bad - Delivery driver hit Ring doorbell which didn't work I later discovered, so they left the furniture next to the door in the rain an then rang me as they drove away. Why he couldn't ring whilst still there or use the door knocker is beyond me. Fortunately I managed to bring everything in out of the rain on my own. Also the makeshift spanner that's provided with the table isn't really up to the job so you'll need your own.”

“Excellent service. Would be 5 stars. However return fees charged for exchanges which is unfair when the courier is delivering your exchanged peice of furniture and could take your return back at the same time, no extra expense would be incurred by the company”

“Furniture is excellent . You lost a star due to delivery procedure . I purchased the furniture as it was already assembled . The delivery people left the furniture in my hallway as they “don’t do stairs” I had to pay to have the furniture taken to the bedroom .”

“The chairs are of a very solid construction. Their shape is very nice and not too clunky (which I was worried about). My only real disappointment was that one of the chairs had a knot in the back of of one of the seatback slats which, whilst not large, had not taken up the wood stain. This means there is a noticeable small white mark on the back of that chair.”

“Great service, delivery was earlier than expected, the item is well packaged and is very sturdy. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the wood at the top isn’t a full pieces of wood but in fact a trim around the edge so the top isn’t flat all the way across.”

“I have ordered several large pieces of furniture for my lounge and hallway. I have a large oak mirror hanging up in my hallway which looks great as it matches my oak side cupboard. It is very modern looking which is ideal for my new home. I have chosen the same mirror for my lounge recently which has completed the lounge. It looks stylish and matches the coffee table, side tables and corner unit. I think that the price for all items is very reasonable. I actually paid less for my second mirror as they had a sale. The only thing to be aware of is that sometimes you have to wait several weeks for your items to be delivered. The staff are helpful in organising your delivery times.”

“I was very pleased with the Toulouse tv unit delivered recently It arrived in good condition, well wrapped up from its arrival from China which took nearly three months. However, the dimensions were misleading on website images and a few adjustments had to be made by my husband in order for items to fit the top shelf properly. Other than that, I recommend it for quality of workmanship and finish.”

“The bedroom stool is well made and the cream painted oak matches the dressing table and mirror. I just wish the seat cover was a more subtle beige or cream than black. My other soft furnishings are a light colour so the black faux leather top sticks out but the stool is comfortable.”

“Easy ordering, quick delivery although delivery men were not happy there was one flight of stairs involved. This question was never asked & it’s clear it’s flats from the postcode & one set of stairs is hardly a hardship however they were difficult about it. Puts me off ordering again. Furniture itself is nice enough, not amazing but fine.”

“The furniture is lovely and exactly the size and shape we wanted. The extension is very clever and easy to operate. Delivery was quicker than advertised although it was delivered at 630am which even for an early bird like me is a little too early hence the loss of one star.”
