“I am very happy with your chairs. But you advertise your chairs that I've bought from you with the overall Dimensions: Height - 109.5cm, Width - 47cm, Depth - 63cm. Height to Seat. And knowing the height of my chairs that I already have with height measurement of 110cm, that your chairs will be close enough @ 109.5cm. But after arrival and unpacking them I noticed that your chairs are way less in height than the chairs I already have by quite a difference as both the two chairs I've bought off you ard only 107cm which is quite a difference of 2½cm which is then 3cm shorter than the chairs I already have, instead of just ½cm I was expecting. ? “Great quality - well built, with excellent finish. Delivered on time. BUT... an absurd amount of packaging, nearly all of which went to landfill as it's not recyclable. It filled 2 of my landfill wheelie-bins - photo is of just 1 box. Other companies have moved to recycled (and recyclable) cardboard.”

“My chest of drawers are lovely and feel good quality. They are a bit on the smaller side in regards to depth but I did think that would likely be the case with the Toulouse style. Not very impressed with delivery. Website states that delivery drivers will review if it's safe to bring up to your chosen room but the drivers didn't even give me a chance to show them. Said it was a "Ground floor only delivery" and walked out...”

“Was a bit dubious ordering from “Top Furniture”as I had never heard of them before, but they seemed to be the only store that had anything like the colour of chairs that I wanted. Delivery was earlier than expected, which was good. I didn’t open the package straight away as I didn’t want to be disappointed with the colour match as I had from other stores previously. I needn’t have worried. The colour was perfect. The chairs are comfortable and are just the right height for my new table. Thank you so much. Really pleased with this purchase 🤩”

“Unable to use my furniture in the bedroom it was supposed to be in …..looked green compared to wardrobe in the room .Thankfully it was better suited to the fitted wardrobe in the guest bedroom….so not a complete waste . Should have requested a wood sample to colour match before ordering.”

“Very pleased with chest of drawers . Only criticism I have is regarding delivery. I was told by your staff member when delivery was organised that the drivers would attempt to put furniture in our bedroom as long as it did not cause damage . However the men refused to even try and says it wasn’t their job !”

“Good - Furniture is beautiful and exactly as pictured, absolutely no complaints Bad - Delivery driver hit Ring doorbell which didn't work I later discovered, so they left the furniture next to the door in the rain an then rang me as they drove away. Why he couldn't ring whilst still there or use the door knocker is beyond me. Fortunately I managed to bring everything in out of the rain on my own. Also the makeshift spanner that's provided with the table isn't really up to the job so you'll need your own.”

“Excellent service. Would be 5 stars. However return fees charged for exchanges which is unfair when the courier is delivering your exchanged peice of furniture and could take your return back at the same time, no extra expense would be incurred by the company”

“Furniture is excellent . You lost a star due to delivery procedure . I purchased the furniture as it was already assembled . The delivery people left the furniture in my hallway as they “don’t do stairs” I had to pay to have the furniture taken to the bedroom .”

“The chairs are of a very solid construction. Their shape is very nice and not too clunky (which I was worried about). My only real disappointment was that one of the chairs had a knot in the back of of one of the seatback slats which, whilst not large, had not taken up the wood stain. This means there is a noticeable small white mark on the back of that chair.”

“Great service, delivery was earlier than expected, the item is well packaged and is very sturdy. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the wood at the top isn’t a full pieces of wood but in fact a trim around the edge so the top isn’t flat all the way across.”

“I have ordered several large pieces of furniture for my lounge and hallway. I have a large oak mirror hanging up in my hallway which looks great as it matches my oak side cupboard. It is very modern looking which is ideal for my new home. I have chosen the same mirror for my lounge recently which has completed the lounge. It looks stylish and matches the coffee table, side tables and corner unit. I think that the price for all items is very reasonable. I actually paid less for my second mirror as they had a sale. The only thing to be aware of is that sometimes you have to wait several weeks for your items to be delivered. The staff are helpful in organising your delivery times.”
