The salesman was excellent, informative and not pushy. We are very pleased with the furniture however the delivery let the side down. The two men were not rude but they certainly weren't jolly. We had assumed that a two man delivery would deliver bedroom furniture to the bedroom. This was not the case. As a 73 year old, I had to use rope to get the 28kg chest of drawers up the stairs. My back has taken a week to recover.
Sort the delivery side out to get 5 stars.
