Excellent customer service in terms of ordering and booking the delivery. However, delivery of item was not good as 1 of the delivery men refused to take item upstairs before even looking to assess the stairs, so I'm left with a large piece of furniture in my hallway. The other delivery driver was empathetic and advised to open the box, remove the drawers before moving the unit. It took over 1 hour for my husband and I to move the unit to where it needed to go as without the protective packaging, we didn't want to scratch or damage it. Contacted customer services to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery service and they apologised on behalf of delivery driver. Overall, the piece of furniture is of amazing quality and really pleased with it, customer service fantastic but poor service on delivery of item hence the 4 star rating. I have ordered another chest of drawers from the range and I'm really hoping for better service from the delivery team next time.
