“Delivery was quick but I missed in the T&Cs that they charge £30 if you can't make their delivery date, luckily I managed to be indoors on the date to receive it. The table itself is well made but the surface needed oiling and waxing to protect it before use.”

“I bought an extendable oak dining table and have found it to be very good quality and value. Slightly difficult to assemble as had to cut a little off one corner assembly to get it together securely. Also wing nut extension anchor provided was ineffective, so using a screw instead. However I would fully recommend and very pleased with my purchase.”

“Recently purchased a Farmhouse Country Oak and cream painted wardrobe and single bed for Daughters' bedroom. They came flat packed apart from the bottom of the wardrobe. However the assembly was quite minimal as bed ends and wardrobe sides are pre-assembled. The film packaging is extensive and quite plastic intensive, but it does the job. Each section was light enough to move upstairs on my own after unpacking as the delivery men would not do this. They were punctual and polite etc, but i can imagine some people struggling on their own. The look is very nice, but you should spend a bit of time getting the top of the wardrobe square on the base. attaching the top, which is a nicely-lipped shelf, should square it all up. The moulding is around the front and sides of the feet so if the back of the bed or wardrobe will be visible, it won't look quite as good. The cream finish means that the wardrobe sides and panels are pine ( or at least not hardwood ) but the top and accents are. The draw runners are grooves that could do with a bit of beeswax to get them to run smoothly but quite serviceable. Overall DD is very happy as the bed is comfy and the wardrobe spacious and it goes with her 'cottage-core' look and palette. I would buy again as it will last a lot better than the chipboard covered affairs from the usual suspects.”

“Great service and customer care. Our table arrived before Christmas as promised by happy and helpful delivery guys. Unfortunately the table was damaged but TopFurniture handled it well. Obviously when product is damaged I can’t give 5stars but I would recommend TopFurniture as suppliers.”

“Well packed and delivered right on time. The front is excellent but the back is poorly made with uneven cutting and chips out of the base where the back joins the bottom . Not as good quality as I hoped .Having said that it looks nice and appears sturdy .”

“I would have given 5/5 had it not been for the dire delivery! The service up to delivery is very good and the furniture is top quality. The office team suggested leaving my table in our shed as I was away for the weekend….only for the delivery men to DUMP the furniture outside my house! 😡 Luckily a neighbour saw the parcels and took them in altho heavy and large and stored them safely for the next two days! That spoilt the whole experience this time. Shame.”

“We visited Top Furniture having found the large extending oak table and chairs we preferred on-line. It all came very well packaged leaving alot of cardboard to recycle! When comparing with the oak table we were replacing, only because we wanted a larger extending table, we observed the following in comparison: The 'leather' seats are firmer and the chairs are a little higher so they have taken a little longer to get use to. None of the chairs or table legs had cushion pads on so our flooring would have easily scratched with any movement. We therefore purchased pull off sticky pads and cut them to fit all 32 chair legs and 4 table legs plus a stool! This is something we would not have expected to have had to do and something Top Furniture should look into as not as many have carpet these days! There was a residue of wax on the surface of the table and bench, which required wiping off with paper towel to avoid ending up on your hands. The table and chairs are very sturdy and well made and look great in our new extended dining room so overall pleased with our purchase.”

“The item could have been better packed as corner protection had come loose within the box. Delivered by only one person when two would have been better due to weight and would have avoided being dragged along the floor.”
