“Furniture very good and what we wanted, disappointed with delivery team as they only delivered 4 heavy items including dressing table and left in hallway would not take upstairs even though I am a pensioner, I then had to arrange for someone else to take items upstairs”

“Punctual arrival. Delivery men Andy and his colleague very professional. Furniture was very well packaged. Very pleased with the quality of the furniture once opened. Met all expectations. For the Top Furniture Buyers - I would like to make a suggestion now I am using my drawers II think the nozzle at the front of each drawer on the main body stopping them from coming right out should actually be on the back of each drawer if this is possible. It would prevent snagging on the contents of the drawer when they are being open and closed Thank you.”

“I love my new Toulouse bedroom furniture. The only criticism I have is that the drawers are not very wide from front to back and I can’t fit as much stuff in them as my old set. However, I can’t fault the service and delivery received from Top Furniture.”

“This is my 5th piece of furniture from tops, delivery was late due to an overseas issue and out of their control. I ordered the country oak large TV unit, which is lovely however there was a small area at the front that's dull area as though it's not been polished properly . I waited so long to get the unit that I didn't bother to report it. Great company but because of this I gave a 9 out of 10.”

“The company communication was excellent and the delivery drivers arrived on time and were very helpful. I was expecting the unit to be bigger (typically bloke and I didn’t measure!) and I expected it to be made of solid wood rather than mdf, (again I should have read properly) so whilst the chest looks good, it’s a bit cheaply made. So the company get 5* the chest gets 3* hence the 4* average ☺️”

“Very sturdy and well built chairs. Far superior than previously owned chairs from Next. The finish, however, let's them down. The back down to the seat is well finished and smooth to the touch. The lower part of the chair below the seat is rough. It appears the the top has receive two coats, with a light sand between coats. The lower part has only received one coat. There is also what appears to be a knot on the front of one chair that an attempt has been made to repair and blend in.”

“Very professional, good communication, delivery was on time and high level of professionalism by the delivery team, quality was good, self assembly can be tricky as parts are partly assembled for convenience as they are heavy, one of panel has a curve so could not get all screws inserted, so some lack of precision. Overall looks good.”

“Absolutely delighted with our dining table, it’s a beautiful design made from top quality oak. The ordering process was straightforward and easy but disappointed with the delivery service, it didn’t arrive when promised and I was amazed it made it into the house in one piece!”
