“Competitive pricing with speedy delivery. Let down by delivery company dumping the parcel over the gate where my dogs wee. Then Tool Stores inability to respond to a returns request email also referencing complaint about delivery driver, nearly week as passed without the email being acknowledged. But got to stress the goods were packed well and delivered quickly.”

“It would be five stars but for the delivery. DPD tried to deliver item, no email, we were out. The note posted said they would come the following day, with contact details. We tried, on line using the parcel number supplied, to arrange delivery as again we would be out. Unable to re arrange as the DPD system did not recognise their details. Again DPD tried to deliver the following day (no email to us) and again note said they would come again the following day. We where able to make sure someone was at home all day, DPD did not arrive. We eventually got on their system and all is arranged (hopefully). No problem with TOOLSTORE 1st rate, there would have been no problems if DPD had sent us email details we would have tried to work with them, so communication from DPD questionable. TOOLSTORE efficient and good service, thank you.”

“Great pricing and in store service as usual. Use Alan wadkins regularly and have never been disappointed. The order this time was online and I couldn’t click and collect it was a little disappointing but eventually got the package from DPD who are useless.”

“Thought I was buying Japanese, Not Chinese tat. Not until you open the box does it say made in China. Adjusting screw on my shredder is awful, my grandson has a Duplo Lego set with better nuts and bolts. Service from the company, information, emails and delivery very good.”

“Great product at a good price (Makita Cordless Lawnmower DLM 432), great service-arrived as advertised. Unfortunately there was no mulching tool in the mower’s outlet, so I left a message and am still waiting to hear from them...a few days later. Hence one dropped star..will use them again if this is resolved.”

“Good price for product and delivered promptly Just a shame there's a charge of £7.50 carriage to moray. Moray is not in highland or islands and it's a disgrace that parts of great Britain are charged when majority of country has free delivery. Thought these charges had been abolished about 2years ago . I wouldn't order again because of this charge. Thanks”
