“Pleased with the service - took a bit longer to get to us but the hot weather hasn't helped. Was concerned about delivery & it took 3 phone calls to get to speak to the right person to get confirmation on delivery.”

“I bought a hedge trimmer. The price was very competative and with free next day delivery. I recieved a dispatch message from Alan Wadkins but then nothing from their courier. No "we have package" "it will be delivered today between x-y". Rang Alan W and it was confirmed that it was loaded onto a FedX van at 7.30am. The parcel duly arrived that day, crushed at both ends and badly ripped across the middle. Luckily the hedge trimmer was not damaged because of the internal packing. If I was the owner of Alan Wadkins, I would seriouly consider not using FedX in the future as a poor delivery experience ultimately reflects back on the seller.”

“Very helpful in helping me place my online order. Only one criticism and that was regarding the box packaging being badly torn and damaged. However there was no visible damage to the mower. Wouldn't have any qualms about ordering from AlanWadkins in the future”

“Hi, I am generally impressed with Alan Wadkins, prices for Festool were good and delivery would probably have been very swift if it had not been over the Holiday season. I purchased a Domino Joiner, my disappointment and the reason for not giving five stars, is that it is an expensive, to me, tool and it arrived with the interior packaging damaged and as if the tool had fouled on it and moved around somehow but I am not sure how that could have happened. Other than that I can recommend Alan Wadkins.”
