“The product was just what I wanted well built and fairly priced, easy to put together. Delivery was swift great service. The product was let down by Sealey they did not include sufficient wrapping of the product and in transit metal on metal caused flaking of the paint. The should consider adding an alien key and spanner too.”

“Payment method is difficult, tried multiple cards registered on same address, finally had to use paypal for payment. Alan wadkins need to fix issue. Need to have free postage on below £75 purchase, £75 purchase is pushing customers to either by for 75 or leave site, Many items are availabe online at free postage. Need review of free delivery. Overall good service”

“Great price for a Festool piece which included a generous discount. Can’t say the same for the transaction though. All went through fine although I was not able to specify delivery on site as that was different to the billing address! Every other online retailer appears to offer the service, why not Alan Wadkins?”

“Haven't used the hedge clippers yet but arrived a day lateer than advised looking a bit worse for wear. FedEx advised delivery between 08:50 and 11:50. It didn't arrive. Then they advised by 18:00, it still didn't arrive, I'd stayed home all day specially. Tracking was no use whatsoever. Following day another message saying arriving before 18:00, it then arrived late morning looking a bit battered.”

“I'm happy with all aspects of my service including customer service. Unfortunately I still haven't received my product. It was spposed to arrive on next day delivery. Fed Ex state they tried to deliver last Wednesday which was a lie as we were both home all day. I've agreed delievery now for tomorrow. We'll see what happens.”

“The tools I ordered were just what was required and at a competitive price. The star rating has been reduced due to poor delivery experience. My issue was the FedEx delivery service, which ToolStore Alan Wadkins Ltd is not directly responsible for only as a selected courier service. Be aware that FedEx will issue a delivery time slot, but the drivers are not operating according to this system's notification (they do not work to time allocations). In my case, FedEx also claimed I was not in when they attempted to deliver - whereas I was vigilantly looking out for them (as they had not met the time slot I was given) and no card through the door. Subsequent communication on redelivery was contradicted by pickup times and then redelivery slots... I would purchase from ToolStore Alan Wadkins Ltd, but with the request that my item is not sent via FedEx.”
