“Excellent product, dispatched very quickly, great price, only criticism was I never recieved an email to say it had been sent so I could keep an eye out for the product, luckily my wife was in to take delivery.”

“Hi, I am generally impressed with Alan Wadkins, prices for Festool were good and delivery would probably have been very swift if it had not been over the Holiday season. I purchased a Domino Joiner, my disappointment and the reason for not giving five stars, is that it is an expensive, to me, tool and it arrived with the interior packaging damaged and as if the tool had fouled on it and moved around somehow but I am not sure how that could have happened. Other than that I can recommend Alan Wadkins.”

“Good price, good dispatch, but very poor packing. Batteries just on a plastic bag. No warning labels as to potentially dangerous contents so courier handling was standard, NOT with the caution that should be applied. Batteries seem to be OK but not supplied with contact guards”

“Item arrived in good time. Assuming it works well (part of a birthday gift which is being given to the recipient today) sadly the packaging let it down. The box looked like it had been sat on, the box was all squashed. Not ideal when it's a gift”

“The product was just what I wanted well built and fairly priced, easy to put together. Delivery was swift great service. The product was let down by Sealey they did not include sufficient wrapping of the product and in transit metal on metal caused flaking of the paint. The should consider adding an alien key and spanner too.”
