It would be five stars but for the delivery. DPD tried to deliver item, no email, we were out. The note posted said they would come the following day, with contact details. We tried, on line using the parcel number supplied, to arrange delivery as again we would be out. Unable to re arrange as the DPD system did not recognise their details. Again DPD tried to deliver the following day (no email to us) and again note said they would come again the following day. We where able to make sure someone was at home all day, DPD did not arrive. We eventually got on their system and all is arranged (hopefully). No problem with TOOLSTORE 1st rate, there would have been no problems if DPD had sent us email details we would have tried to work with them, so communication from DPD questionable. TOOLSTORE efficient and good service, thank you.
