“Ordered on Friday afternoon and had the Product delivered on Tuesday. I was kept informed on the status too.”

“Well…….asking for a review is a bit premature, hence the loss of a star. I can’t fault the purchase and delivery. The price of my Bosch shredder was competitive too. However, I haven’t got it out of the box yet, so can’t review the product……it’s my husband’s Christmas present to me. Hopefully it will be as good as the product reviewing sites says it is.”

“Excellent service, website quick and easy to navigate to what I wanted. Item delivered within the time stated. My only complaint is that Fedex did not give me a time slot as do many companies. The delivery happened when we were out, however, the Fedex website was easy to use and redelivery was arranged very quickly. I ordered a Bosch hedge trimmer which has had its first use and I am extremely pleased with its performance.”

“Delighted with service from AW. Faulty unit replaced without fuss by Aiden. Replacement Makita Brushcutter works really well (no horrible vibration unlike original unit). Very pleased, would buy from you again. Only quibble, lack of estimated delivery time by FedEx means staying in all day.”

“Very prompt dispatch of product however information re product misleading.Item does not have a reverse mode as stated in product blurb though wasn`t a necessity as far as i was concerned.Makita telescopic hedge trimmer as expected ,works a treat.”

“I found the product I wanted cheaper by going directly to the company. I saw the company first of all on Amazon, however, after putting the product in the basket it had increased in price by about £25 within a few hours then the next day it was back to the original price. In the meantime I decided to go to the company’s own store directly and found the price about £5 lower than Amazon had it originally.I have no idea who changes the prices up and down then up again, probably an Amazon algorithm.”

“Wanted a four strokes trimmer as l was fed up with my Ryobi 2 stroke…kept getting fuel ratio wrong and thing wouldn’t start. Found a four stroke on Alan Wadkins website and it looked a good price ( couldn’t find the same model anywhere so couldn’t compare prices ) anyway it arrived today and l can only think that the strimmer is new old stock as the box was filthy and was commented on by courier when he dropped it off but on opening the box the item is brand spanking new and looks great.. a little more info in the description would have been good so l would have known what to expect but all good in the end… thanks for the deal.👍”
