“All though the tool was really good to use I noticed that the casing on the tool was slightly coming apart, I don’t know if this is a manufacturer’s problem.”

“I'm happy with all aspects of my service including customer service. Unfortunately I still haven't received my product. It was spposed to arrive on next day delivery. Fed Ex state they tried to deliver last Wednesday which was a lie as we were both home all day. I've agreed delievery now for tomorrow. We'll see what happens.”

“The tools I ordered were just what was required and at a competitive price. The star rating has been reduced due to poor delivery experience. My issue was the FedEx delivery service, which ToolStore Alan Wadkins Ltd is not directly responsible for only as a selected courier service. Be aware that FedEx will issue a delivery time slot, but the drivers are not operating according to this system's notification (they do not work to time allocations). In my case, FedEx also claimed I was not in when they attempted to deliver - whereas I was vigilantly looking out for them (as they had not met the time slot I was given) and no card through the door. Subsequent communication on redelivery was contradicted by pickup times and then redelivery slots... I would purchase from ToolStore Alan Wadkins Ltd, but with the request that my item is not sent via FedEx.”
