“Customer service is deplorable and delivery is a joke, will definitely not be buying anything from them again. Worst seller I've came across in my life of buying power tools.”

“Order hozelock composter and was delivered very quickly well packaged and I was very pleased with item. On assembly found to be a couple of screws short(from manufacturer) phoned Alan Watkins and two days later they arrived in the post excellent service I can only recommend the company”

“The 20” Hyundai chainsaw arrived next day as advertised and after putting it together got to work. Made light work of my cordwood, a good bit of kit for a chainsaw on the budget side.”

“Makita DHR183 arrived in good time but I was very surprised it didn’t come in a Makita box. It was just wrapped in an old bit of folder cardboard with no protection, not even a decent cardboard box and was so badly taped the depth marker stick fell out as the postman handed it to me. It would have been returned if it was being given as a gift. Not sure I would by from Alan Wadkins again. (3 stars is probably generous).”

“Purchased a Makita XGT grinder. Living offshore delivery costs can be a lottery. Very happy with the service overall. Happily would use again.”
