“The composter instructions were very unclear. Without You Tube we would have struggled. It's now in the garden but am still not sure that the collection bottle is correctly orientated or if I will be able to release it easily when it's full. Other than those issues - pleased with the product. As to Fed-ex....my parcel was not delivered to my house, it was left on the roadside. I wasn't informed that it had arrived. An Evri driver, delivering to my neighbour later in the day brought my parcel to my house. Novel idea eh? I contacted Fed-ex through the form they require. Their response was poor and the email sent to me was the usual 'do not reply' type. Hopeless. Alan Wadkins - great, Fed-ex not good enough.”

“The approch online was amazing and the package deliverd very nicely packed. On the top prices in the market are varies but Alan wadkins are the best in price. I will be happy to bring more stuff in future.”

“Well, great prices and lots of availability of products but I had hassles with the delivery system and had to cancel my order and probably won't order from Alan Wadkins again. The main problem was that someone had to be in to give the courier a code and both times I could not be there and with all other deliveries I am given the option, at my own risk, of leaving the items with a neighbour or safe place - but not with AW.”
