“Haven't used the hedge clippers yet but arrived a day lateer than advised looking a bit worse for wear. FedEx advised delivery between 08:50 and 11:50. It didn't arrive. Then they advised by 18:00, it still didn't arrive, I'd stayed home all day specially. Tracking was no use whatsoever. Following day another message saying arriving before 18:00, it then arrived late morning looking a bit battered.”

“Ordered a new Milwaukee drill kit at 2:55pm on a Friday and it arrived Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately the charger was faulty but after a quick phone call a new charger arrived within a couple of days. Great company to deal with.”
