“Easy to order and super fast delivery. The only problem was the item arrived direct from the company who produces it and unfortunately they do not pack item well both sides of the box were ripped with the item sticking out. Fortunately, no damage had occured. I did email Alan Watkins and they were very quick to answer and said they would get in touch with the company to ask for better packing when posting. This was not Alan Watkins fault and hopefully it will be rectified. So I reccomend the company ..”

“Delivery service good but faulty battey included in teh lawn mower equipment and I have a problem in that when I contacted the Tool Store I was told a replacement battery would be sent but so far I have only received a request from Genpower for a video of the problem which is not possible as it was a battery failing to charge. The battery is required so that I can fully operate the Lawn Mower.”

Hi John I have seen the emails from Hyundai as i cc`d you in them and they have arranged for a new battery to be sent directly to you 2 days ago. Which was put into place the day you reported the issue to us. As you still have a spare battery for the Lawnmower.

“Placed an order for a festool vecturo multi tool, been a week and still waiting, dpd the courier keep promising delivery but hey ho still not here, managed to borrow one to finish a job but shouldn't have to do that, not great service 🙄”

Hi Bruce As advised through an email trail. This is currently stuck in the dpd hub in Edinburgh due to an IT issue they have had this week. Which has caused delays which unfortunately are out of our control. Hopefully they have this resolved soon and the parcel is delivered too you.

“There was not enough choice in the location of the address part. I was unable to give my address. This meant that I had to ring Toolstore and pay extra for it to be posted to the highlands of Scotland”
