Placed an order for a festool vecturo multi tool, been a week and still waiting, dpd the courier keep promising delivery but hey ho still not here, managed to borrow one to finish a job but shouldn't have to do that, not great service 🙄

Hi Bruce As advised through an email trail. This is currently stuck in the dpd hub in Edinburgh due to an IT issue they have had this week. Which has caused delays which unfortunately are out of our control. Hopefully they have this resolved soon and the parcel is delivered too you.

Ive been waiting 6 days for 2 saw files,iwas going sawing the week end and bought 2 at Toolstation,apparently DPC wants a Pin from me i supposodly received on my phone.

Courier failed to delivery item, and company didn't seem particularly concerned. Cancelled order on the 12th, no refund forthcoming, legal action pending.

Month old pole saw broke in first week pull cord won’t engage so have never started won’t answer phone or reply to emails, so what do I do now with it

Hi Stuart This is a review for an item purchased back in July. I have checked through our emails and you have never made contact with ourselves via our email address. I have also spoken to the people who man our phone lines which are usually answer within 4-5 rings on a daily basis Monday - Friday 8-5.00pm or you can leave an answer phone message. Again nobody he spoken with yourself. Are you sure you have tried to speak with Hyundai themselves rather than Alan Wadkins Ltd Regards Martin

I would give 0 stars if I could. Very poor service, I received my order with the manufacturer build fault about a month ago and is still not sorted. Spent over £1000 and was left with this issue without any help! Customer service doesn’t exist at this store. Don’t waste your time and money!

Ordered lawn mower on line only to get a phone call next day to say they have had stock control issue with the computer and they did not have my lawn mower in stock! and would keep in contact. I rang back 48 hours later twice and they rang me back late afternoon they were expecting the lawn morer stock in the next day. They rang the next day to say the stock had arrived and I would have my lawn mover on the Friday which I did. If ordering on line I would chech the item was in stock! As a retired service delivery manager stock control is done by data input to the computer and updating the computer. I also found their attitude was poor and will never buy from them again. The price was a little cheaper but not worth th hasstle.

Hi We advised the item was out of stock the day we realised their was a computer issue. This was done to a feed issue for the previous day which unfortunately resulted in the item over selling. We then order the item from the supplier and chased them up to find a delivery date. However until the advised us of the date they were due, we cannot give an response to yourself. Upon them arriving my colleague rang you to advise of this and posted the item. Not sure they can have done much more on this to be honest. We apologised at the beginning for the item being out of stock and did state we could refund you if the delay was going to be an issue but you were happy to wait. Regards Martin

Hi Roger The only email we can see from yourself to us was on the 4th July prior to you ordering the item. Asking if your 6.0ah batteries would work on this item, to which we replied straight back to you advising they would hence you ordered the item from us. We have no other other email in relation to a damaged box delivery or branch cutting thickness. For you information the machine will cut up 23.5mm branch diameter.

Hi The consignment was delivered via DPD and left in your front garden in the recycle bin, as you advised the courier company to do so. Once you give them permission to leave a parcel this is then at your own risk and you become liable for the parcel. If your going to order items and not be home then i suggest to don`t ask them to leave them on your property.

Order was accepted by website only to receive email asking for £31.50 carriage charge which was almost half the price of the item. There is no reason for these surcharges now as many carriers and retailers don't charge extra to deliver to the Scottish Isles. Very poor!

Hi We do state on the website prior to ordering, that additional carriage charges will able to certain postcode ZE being 1 of them. Then due to the item being purchased (size and weight) this was why the postage cost was high. Regards Martin

Your item was sent on time via dpd. The first day nobody was present to take delivery of the goods we were told. Then the following day you advised them to deliver the item to a pick up shop so you could collect the item from there. Which you the went there to collect as i guess you weren`t going to be home for the delivery.

Established since 1958 but could not fulfil my order of Makita lawn mower. I feel I should be sent one complimentary as I was shocked to hear that such a big company did not know what’s in the stock.

Do not buy Milwaukee tools and do not buy from here. Bought a brand new Milwaukee M18FNCS18GS-202X 18v Cordless Fuel Narrow Crown Stapler and the orange rubber tip has worn out after a few hundred staples. The tip cannot be bought for this tool in the UK and the Crown Stapler has to be sent to back Milwaukee to have it replaced. Have you ever heard such tosh as that. Wish I had just stuck to Makita. So the tool is useless without the tip and must be sent back to be fixed. Alan Wadkins Ltd Toolstore are not interested in helping with this tool which is only 4 weeks old and keep saying to return it to a Milwaukee service depot to be repaired for a rubber tip. Steer clear of this crowd and spend your money at Screwfix or Toolstation at least they would help you..

Hi We have advised you Milwaukee will collect the tool directly from you if you arrange the collection through your Milwaukee tool account. This saves both time for yourself and us as they pick the tool up directly from you and deliver the item back to you. Milwaukee have 2 service agents in the country that all repairs go to for this service. We don`t control if Milwaukee have the spare parts available I'm afraid and also what we carry as replacement for tool that we stock. We have also advised you can return the item to us for this procedure to take place too. Regards Martin

Poor service. We ordered a small hand tool (£80)without battery and charger near 2 weeks ago and it's not turned up so I search my email for the tracking number and find a 2 emails from them asking for almost £12 more postage but there website states free UK shipping on orders over £75. Very unreliable service and if you need tools quickly and live in Scotland I would look elsewhere.

Hi We emailed you the morning after you had placed the order on our website to advise of the additional costs which it does state may occur on our website prior to you ordering. As unfortunately your HS postcode fell into this. We couldn`t ring you to advise you of this as you didn`t leave a contact number on your order. Was also explained in an email to you we don`t use royal mail for dearer items due to the poor after service when parcel getting lost or go missing. Regards Martin

Although the order was charged to my credit card and money taken. They refused to process as my address didn't match. No just moved house. Treated like a scammer. Didnt take much to verify my credentials. Had to re-order from another supplier. But found the items cheaper from an alternative supplier. My advice would be use Screwfix. They do send the order to my address regardless which card I use.

Hi Yes the order was placed on our website, but as our website states all card payments must be shipped to the registered billing address for the card. As the details you provided weren`t the correct details your order was refunded as we aren`t covered by our merchant bank. This was advised to you via email. We don`t treat anybody like a scammer we just have a company policy that we adhere too. Regards Martin
