“Service, price and delivery fine. Only slight problems where that no corner tiles available for the quarry tiles ordered and the grout proved to be a diifferent colour to the shown shown on the website - nearer to white than grey.”

“Tile ware house customer service was excellent from start to Finnish. I was updated with delivery times/dates when there was a delay, my questions were answered promptly and professionally. When my delivery arrived I had some broken tiles, I spoke to the team at tile warehouse and within days my replacement tiles were delivered. Staff are very helpful. I felt like an appreciated customer (which you don’t get often these days)! The quality was excellent, exceeding expectations. I’d recommend tile warehouse to anyone purchasing tiles. Brilliant prices and very impressive service. Thank you.”

“Had the wrong tiles delivered, had x2 lots of trim only wanted one, informed them of the excess order but after a week was told to go through a process to return the extra..cant be bothered to sort out your mistake so will just bin them.”
