Tiles were packed chipped and broken and at least a quarter of them. I found the tiles not packaged well Very disappointed

The tiles were fine but quite a few of them arrived broken. It looked like the box had been dropped on one corner. Picture attached.

Did not like the refund policy as there's no facilities to return left over extra tiles.

Good choice of tiles, tiles are good quality and fair price for the style. Ordering was easy. Delivery not as good. Some tiles were loose, not in boxes and delivery team not overly helpful.

Tiles arrived damaged .... one half of the box has one corner cracked off. Luckly in my case ... I was cutting the tile down to 198 x 148 .... But worthy not to shipper ... make sure the bubble wrap is on the bottom also.

Original tiles ordered then told out of stock. Took a few emails to get resolved with an alternative being offered eventually at the same price. A few packs delivered contained many broken tiles unfortunately. But generally the quality and service was good.

Customer service response to emails is good but be completely sure of what you’re ordering as returns are expensive and difficult if the item is large

I was not happy with the delivery or the attitude of the courier. The pathway to my house has a little lip on it, and he refused to bring the tiles to my door. He said "don't worry love, you can just take them all the tiles out one by one and carry them, but im not able to bring past this point. " thanks so much for being helpful. This first time order has turned into a last time order. No one has any issues delivering to me. He was just being lazy. Also left the pallet they were delivered with so now I have a big wooden block to try and dispose of

Tiles arrived as promised in the correct quantity with only 3% showing minor signs of damage. They're up and they look fine, but it was frustrating using the best part of two hours to soak, scrub and dry them to remove the approx. 2 cm adhesive strip that was on each one.

Tiles are lovely, but they arrived on a pallet, poorly wrapped and a third of them chipped or broken in half. Tile Warehouse replaced them FOC and although better packed, even these were chipped in places. Luckily we have enough to get the job done. A couple of stars dropped for this

Happy with the actual tiles but so so irritated with the delivery. I live on a second floor maisonette and am a woman who lives on my own - you would think that delivery would mean to your actual door rather than leaving £300 worth of heavy tiles on a pallet outside the building at the bottom of the 2 flights of stairs and saying “I’ll have to just call a man” when I asked him if he wasn’t going to help me bring them up to my front door. Might be company policy but it’s just ridiculous. Took me nearly 3 hours to get them all up tile by tile and nearly throw my back out in the process.

Product great, colour and texture per photo on website. HOWEVER, unfortunately even though I ticked difficult access, gave full details including maximum size of delivery vehicle possible, still sent on huge artic on pallet. Driver had to park at bottom of road in pub car park and suggested I drove down to pick pallet up from him there!!! I'm 67, single lady.......and all this for 4, yes 4, tiles! Fortunately had someone visiting who came down with me, artic driver (after much complaining) broke pallet up and my visitor put the four tiles in back of my car. When we got home one tile had chip but to be honest, at this point, I was beyond caring, and knew I could conceal the chip with gravel as the tiles were forming a surround in the garden of an olive tree! Product great, delivery company used hopeless. Would I order again from Tile Warehouse, yes, but only if I could speak to someone about the delivery vehicle!!
