disappointed can't reach website, as now Topps tiles and the rtange is different

Tile samples were great for colour matching, but all three tiles were delivered smashed. Maybe a more sturdy box would help?

OK. I wanted to buy a full size tile as the sample size sent wasn't big enough to be useful. Website says this is possible to do this, but it wasn't available for this particular tile. So I've ordered a couple more sample tiles in the hope they will give me a better idea of colour.

Unfortunately it’s Monday morning and you seem to be dealing apparently with other customers which means I can’t speak to anybody directly which makes me very nervous. I hope the tiles will be okay. I was wondering if the extra third off was acknowledged in the amount of money I paid paid.

The tiles are great. The delivery was not!!! It took FOUR attempts by the courier over four days (what a waste of a week!) to actually make it to my house, then the lorry was too big to come up the drive which meant that I had to move 480kg of tiles myself, by hand, into my car on the road, making three trips up to the house. Each box of tiles is around 24kg. I'm a senior citizen and not up for this kind of thing. I'd said specifically that a smaller vehicle was required for the delivery, but this was ignored (more than once). A few of the tiles were damaged on the corner of the pallet before I started moving them.

Ordering process was a nightmare. The website kept freezing. When I received a confirmation email it stated that I didn't choose a delivery date! I did and it was highlighted. It also states I requested a smaller vehicle - i didn't. So I don't know if I'll get my order on time. Let's hope the tiles are what I ordered.

Price on tiles and all the bits needed to lay them reduced for Easter. Although money saved in total compared to Topps Tiles the £30 delivery cost really bumped up the price, didn’t feel like I was as getting as great a bargain as I first thought. Items not delivered yet so can’t comment on that. Hope all tiles arrive undamaged!

Tiles arrive with chips in 18 of them and the delivery driver just left on a pallet by the side of the road as he couldn’t get it up the curb apparently, I have messaged tile warehouse to find out if the 18 will be replaced and told them about the poor delivery, waiting on a reply, tiles are lovely though and website was easy and shipping quick; hopefully they will sort the issues and then I will be happy with my order

Some tile trim needed urgently and ordered Thursday evening arrived on Monday morning. Excellent. What a pity that the website showed "awaiting fulfillment" against the order all weekend and into Monday, leaving the impression that the items had not been shipped and causing concern all that time!

No issue with the company itself, some issue with quality of product. The tiles were on offer, however not described as seconds or anything. There are at least 10% of the tiles that we are unable to use due to imperfections on the tile, or chips on the corners. Very frustrating when we have ordered the right amount plus a contingency and may have to purchase more to finish the job and pay for another delivery.

Ordered two samples. One I had to pay £10 delivery (the tile itself cost £4.41) - it arrived on the same day as a free sample. It was extremely frustrating not to have a product number on the invoice/delivery slip;. This made progressing to an order difficult - and easier to forget the whole thing and go to a competitor

This isn’t the experience we want for customers. The product number is always on the sticker on the back of the tile for easy reference if you still need it. With regards to the full sample, i presume you ordered one tile and not a full size sample so the system will charge delivery. I ordered few tile samples based on the selection I saw online. One of the samples didn't match the online image. I raised the issue with the customer services but I haven't heard back. I had to order different tiles instead.

I was initially eight tiles short, I was sent some replacements plus a few extra however, these tiles never arrived so I had to send an email. I finally received the extra tiles around six weeks after the original order.

The adhesive was difficult to work with but the price was good. E.g. You had less than a few minutes working time no matter what mix you made.

Unable to speak to a human. Unable to take off VAT as we do not pay it in the Channel Islands. I've not received my goods as yet so Unable to comment on my product delivery.
