Ordered two samples. One I had to pay £10 delivery (the tile itself cost £4.41) - it arrived on the same day as a free sample. It was extremely frustrating not to have a product number on the invoice/delivery slip;. This made progressing to an order difficult - and easier to forget the whole thing and go to a competitor

Hi Guido, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the delivery charge and the lack of a product number on your invoice, which made placing an order frustrating. This isn’t the experience we want for customers. The product number is always on the sticker on the back of the tile for easy reference if you still need it. With regards to the full sample, i presume you ordered one tile and not a full size sample so the system will charge delivery. The yellow button on the page would have given you free sample ordering and delivery where you only pay for the tile itself. Kind regards, Team Tile Warehouse
I ordered few tile samples based on the selection I saw online. One of the samples didn't match the online image. I raised the issue with the customer services but I haven't heard back. I had to order different tiles instead.

I was initially eight tiles short, I was sent some replacements plus a few extra however, these tiles never arrived so I had to send an email. I finally received the extra tiles around six weeks after the original order.

The adhesive was difficult to work with but the price was good. E.g. You had less than a few minutes working time no matter what mix you made.

Unable to speak to a human. Unable to take off VAT as we do not pay it in the Channel Islands. I've not received my goods as yet so Unable to comment on my product delivery.

It's a pity that it took 3 deliveries before receiving my order undamaged in transit. Very poor packaging.

Ordered 3 samples only got 2, Tiles ordered were as stated, all good, Z bar damaged, refund given no problems. Good customer service, average delivery. Product excellent.

The tiles were great unfortunately your refund process is very expensive especially if you don’t live on the mainland and for this reason is why I would not use tile warehouse again

Hi there, I’m really sorry to hear about the high refund costs for non-mainland deliveries. While we do our utmost to control our costs on outgoing I am afraid that returns can be high for larger weight returns. Easy company to order off but when 200 tiles came on a pallet and disabled husband told driver not paid to take them off left in middle of path till someone came and couldn’t get in be aware of pallets

Tiles were packed chipped and broken and at least a quarter of them. I found the tiles not packaged well Very disappointed

The tiles were fine but quite a few of them arrived broken. It looked like the box had been dropped on one corner. Picture attached.

Did not like the refund policy as there's no facilities to return left over extra tiles.

Good choice of tiles, tiles are good quality and fair price for the style. Ordering was easy. Delivery not as good. Some tiles were loose, not in boxes and delivery team not overly helpful.

Tiles arrived damaged .... one half of the box has one corner cracked off. Luckly in my case ... I was cutting the tile down to 198 x 148 .... But worthy not to shipper ... make sure the bubble wrap is on the bottom also.

Original tiles ordered then told out of stock. Took a few emails to get resolved with an alternative being offered eventually at the same price. A few packs delivered contained many broken tiles unfortunately. But generally the quality and service was good.

Customer service response to emails is good but be completely sure of what you’re ordering as returns are expensive and difficult if the item is large
