“Tiles themselves were are brilliant quality, exactly like the image and delivered/packaged appropriately. Communication with this company could be massively improved as when I ordered the slabs the website generated a date for 4 days time. I waited in majority of the day and then emailed to then be told there was a 2/3 week wait on the delivery. When communicating with tile warehouse I had to wait 6 days for a response via email. By this time my delivery had already been delivered and I couldn’t add more onto the order.”

“The materials and company were very good service but the delivery let them down as my wife is disabled and I was out and he refused to bring the two boxes into her and she asked him to take pallet back but he wouldn’t so not very helpful so we are lumbered with it. Shame.”

“Excellent prices and stocked just what I wanted. Somehow I've managed to order 2 more tiles than I need but I guess that'll give me room to break a couple! Hopefully they'll be delivered on time, delivery cost a little eyewatering.”

“The coloured tiles are very lightweight, but good for a wall covering, but not sure they would withstand being used on a work-surface, as they chip easily. The terracotta tile is a good staple product and seems sturdy, but again unsure if it is suited for high-use, high-traffic areas.”

“Ordering was straight forward as well as delivery. Regulate updates on delivery date & time with a 2 hour window for delivery slot. Tiles appear good quality although unchecked as they are for a summer project and do not want to disturb the packaging for storage.”

“Tile Warehouse should train their employees. It feels like a shopkeeper that doesn't know their product: 1) I asked what grout do they need to colour-match the tiles. The first answer was that the grout colour is entirely up to me (of course, I can use pink grout if I want to, but that's not what colour-matching means), the second answer was to recommend one of their rather small selection of grouts which looked completely different to the tiles. Happily my tiler was able to point me out in the direction of after-market grouts which have a huge variety of colours. 2) They display the tiles in a 50% pattern as the web picture, despite the manufacturer specifically recommending against this on the box (and they refuse to replace the misleading pictures on the web).”

“Tiles look great. Easy to fit and cut smoothly (long as you know how to do it. Big Tiles need extra care). Grout does what it says on the bag. These ain't falling down in any kind of hurry.”

“i HAVE NOT HAD DELIVERY AS YET, ONE THING : THEY SAID THAT IF I ORDERED WITHIN 1 HOUR 19 MINUTES, WHICH I DID, THEY WOULD DELIVER ON MONDAY THE 6TH OF APRIL, WHEN I WENT TO PLACE THE ODER IT WAS £30 FOR DELIVERY ON TUESDAY THE 7TH ! A BIT ANNOYING, I STILL PLACE THE ORDER AS I WANTED THE TILES. C J WILKINS.”

“Tile warehouse themselves (particularly Oliver) were very helpful they supported me throughout the process and replaced necessary tiles when required. The only reason I haven’t provided 5 star review is down to the courier they used who appeared to be incompetent from loosing a pallet of tiles to then having to get a further company in to hour the delivery followed by a rude manager within their department.”
