“I purchased floor tiles to use on my outdoor kitchen, I only need 6 large tikes to place on top of my work tops. The guys helped me choose a non slip tile & which adhesive & grout to us to make it water( beer) proof. I've never tiled outdoors before so was very glad for the advice on sealing the edges & maintenance. I don't have any pictures as once tiled we packed the bar/ kitchen away for the winter. I checked on it & as to date every thing is exactly has it was when first done in October. We are looking forward to finishing the borders & have talked about tiling due to all the help we were given.”

“Price for tiles very good, but getting a small order delivered is expensive. Part of my order was wrong but customer service was very helpful about getting me a replacement within my tight timescale. The tiles have not yet been laid so I can't comment on how they function.”

“The three tile trims I ordered look beautiful and really finish the tiling off. Although I received 2x8mm and 1x10mm when I ordered 3x8mm. Other than having to source another trim so the work could be completed that day. The quality of the product was great”

“Tiles were fine, but extremely hard to cut! That said, the first delivery of 22 had 11 tiles smashed to bits, thanks to Fedex, who had already delivered the package to the wrong addreess 2 days before. To be fair to Tile Warehouse they send a full replacement pack in 24 hours, using DPD courier. All OK this time, so they musat be applauded for correcting a bad situation. Also liked the fact they send out 3 free samples for colour matching.”

“Great, competitive prices. My only problem was I clicked for a smaller delivery van as I live on a tight street, but a massive 17 tonne rigid wagon was the choice of vehicle for delivery. Luckily there is a petrol station not far from my house so me and the driver decided to do the handover there. Other than that, everything is OK. I've not actually had a chance to tile the walls yet, but everything looks good up to now. Would have been 5 *'s if not for the delivery vehicle mess up”
