“Like some other reviews I can’t fault the prices or the delivery time. Also like some of the reviews several of the tiles were broken and one had a groove in the ceramic. I don’t know why they were packed in the box without any paper or bubble wrap under them but with a piece of shrink wrap and paper on top. The box flexing in transit probably caused the damage. I ordered more than enough for what I needed so it wasn’t a problem. Going by the selection and prices Tile Warehouse has I would probably buy from them again.”

“The tiles are beautiful The only issue was the delivery. I wasn’t given a day or even a 2 hour window but only 5 minutes before the van arrived. I had to unload 140kgs from the kerbside pick in my pyjamas in the ice.”

During the checkout process the option to select your own delivery date would have been available. “Loceli tiles, one was craced in the pack but Ihad one more addes loose. Super friendly and helpful delicery driver. Only Down side is I chose del on the 21 and only when I rang on that day, was i informed it will actually be day after that delivery will happen.. Would have been nice to be informed earlier.”

“Ordered a sample of a ceramic tile that appealed to me. As a result of this, I put in an order for a small number of tiles to retile our downstairs shower area. From the pallet delivery, visual evidence of at least two damaged tiles albeit, I believe that I can use these for any cuts that maybe required. So, all good.”

“Very helpful Customer Service after first lot of samples never arrived. Sadly tiles didn't match and I couldn't risk ordering as if wrong would have had to take them back to Stoke on Trent from London which is too far away”

“The tiles were delivered safely and quickly, but there was some confusion about the delivery date. An email from Tile Warehouse received Monday, March 13th, 2023 indicated that the tiles were on their way with a delivery date of Thursday, March 16th, 2023 which was acceptable to me. Tuesday, March 14th, 2023 morning I received a message indicating that the tiles would be received Tuesday, March 14th, 2023 and that if this was not acceptable to rearrange delivery. I did so by requesting the delivery be put back to Thursday, March 16th, 2023. The delivery arrived Tuesday, March 14th, 2023, totally ignoring my request for a delay of the delivery, but fortunately, I arrived back home early and was able to accept the delivery. My mark of four stars would have been five stars if it had not been for this confusion.”

“The tiles were of a good standard however the delivery driver was not very helpful. He basically dumped the tiles outside the door and drove off. Luckily there were workmen in the area who helped move the tiles to a more suitable place. I would recommend if the delivery is more helpful.”
