“Order was taken, payment was taken, delivery vehicle confirmed, people arranged to take day off for delivery Email re delivery time ignored Telephone call made by me finally confirmed the order was not available, This was nearly 1 month after the order was made and staff said you only know if an item is out of stock the day before delivery-hiw can you run a business with have no knowledge of available stock- I've never received such an awful experience as this!”

“These tiles are a beautiful colour but our tiler was not pleased with the quality of the tiles. The back of the tiles were not square, they all had a bend, causing issues when tiling to the wall. Considering they weren't a cheap tile, we are disappointed.”

“I purchased floor tiles to use on my outdoor kitchen, I only need 6 large tikes to place on top of my work tops. The guys helped me choose a non slip tile & which adhesive & grout to us to make it water( beer) proof. I've never tiled outdoors before so was very glad for the advice on sealing the edges & maintenance. I don't have any pictures as once tiled we packed the bar/ kitchen away for the winter. I checked on it & as to date every thing is exactly has it was when first done in October. We are looking forward to finishing the borders & have talked about tiling due to all the help we were given.”
