The prices were too high and delivery fee to high fir a small order

These tiles are a beautiful colour but our tiler was not pleased with the quality of the tiles. The back of the tiles were not square, they all had a bend, causing issues when tiling to the wall. Considering they weren't a cheap tile, we are disappointed.

Very disappointed by the delivery. The boxed tiles arrived on a small wet pallet, so the bottom of the boxes has disintegrated. Now will have to repackage in order to move them into the property.

Not very impressed with tike warehouse. Delivery arrived on a massive pallet, which because I’m in a top floor flat it was difficult to dispose of. To add insult to injury, there were 18 broken tiles. Which was unacceptable. Tile warehouse were very happy to replace them but then sent them out on another pallet! When I asked if I could return at least the first pallet, I was told there was nothing they could do. So no, not happy

I am sorry that the pallet delivery caused you an issue, unfortunately the delivery would have arrived with a lot more damages had we sent in individual parcels and the cost would have been a lot higher. Delivery - all boxes were wrecked and the pallet broken. Difficult to return in this star and one time chipped!

So disappointed with this product. I especially needed 30x60 size to fit the new bathrooms I’d built from scratch and while the delivery was super fast the tiles are actually 60x29.5 - doesn’t sound like much but a monumental disaster when you’re on a timeline for 4 bathrooms. I expected more professionalism from a company that has « Tile » in its title but sadly won’t be using again. I’m now behind deadlines and have a 1 inch gap at each ceiling that has to be fixed. We do make it clear that from batch to batch, you can get variances in any tile that is not stated as rectified. This is a known phenomena across all tiles and is not restricted to just us. Most tilers will check before starting a project that the tile meets specifications they are looking for and will flag to the client or set out to accomodate any of these variances. I presume this was not done? We are always happy to help and had you checked before starting we could have offered an alternate product to help, once used, I am afraid this is not possible. Ordered lovely tiles at a great price. However despite ordering only 3 boxes, we were one box short on delivery. And to make matters worse, they were completely smashed. The driver tried to make off quickly but I managed to flag him down before he drove off…pointing out that the pallet had obviously been damaged in transit. He just told me I’d have to contact the supplier. Although I managed to get a refund, I was left to dispose of a pallet of large smashed tiles myself.

The tiles were packed loosely in package. About 20% of the tiles were broken and or cracked.

It does look as though your replacements should have been with you on the Friday (48 hours) after you reported the issue however, as we informed you, the third party carrier had too many drops on the Friday so after it failed, we asked for this to be delivered on the Monday as a first drop for you, this was the first date we could re-schedule. Metro tiles all had a bend in them. Customer service said they appeared from the photos to be within guidelines but I could return them at my cost by insured courier. They offered to get the batches tested and I provided photos of the outside of the boxes with the barcodes and printed information on but had no response from them despite phoning them and leaving a message on Steves answerphone asking for someone to reply to my email. They did not break evenly due to the bend in them so I wasted lots of tiles. Would not deal with this company again. Over a week later and still not had a response from them. Poor customer service

Good pre sales but after sales shocking. No reply to my email when I had a problem which unfortunately seems to the norm these days.

The pallet the tiles were delivered on was broken and not sufficient to protect the tiles from breakages, hence a whole box arrived broken. Hoping a refund is being processed. Unfortunately the colleague I spoke to on the phone was clearly wfh and his child was calling him and chatting in the background. I know it’s tricky to juggle but it really didn’t give me a good impression of your company or confidence that the colleague was listening to me properly.

On delivery 2boxes were broken .. customer service promised delivery in two days still waiting on my delivery 6days on ..very poor customer service .. very disappointed customer

Hi Sandra I do apologise, I have just checked the tracking and this should have been delivered on the 2nd and is booked as a premium delivery, for some reason they have changed this to today, we will pick up with them to see why they failed and did not let us know.
The customer service was very disappointing. I paid £30 for next day delivery, yet my order did not arrive on time. I requested to cancel the order and receive a refund, but despite calling the customer service team twice, my request was ignored and the order was delivered six days late. At the very least, the company should have contacted me and refunded the delivery charge, given that the goods arrived almost a week later. In the end, I kept the delivery simply to avoid the hassle of going through the same poor service again. I hope the company sees this review, contacts me, and refunds my delivery charges.

Putting the tiles on a small palette is a great idea. Covering the boxes of tiles especially partial boxes with only black plastic is non-sensical since there is nothing to protect the tiles if the courier decides to put anything on top. As a result at least half a dozen tiles arrived with chipped or broken edges.

I'm shocked that the tiles arrived at all because I've had a delivery issue twice. The sales team are very polite over the phone, but the customer service team I believe is non existent. My tiles arrived smashed and delayed with no warning that they would be. The warehouse forgot to pick them I guess. I like the tiles, but I'm sure you can get them from somewhere else with better processes in place. If you need to contact 'customer service' for a refund or a complaint then you won't get any response. Shop elsewhere.

The tiles were not like the samples, as some of the colours were faded. Surely a full size sample is supposed to show you what the product you are buying is like. No discounts were offered. Delivery was a day later than expected and I received no notification about this so waited all day. Not super impressed

Terrible delivery service as not in time with 3 tiles unusable. One broken and 2 with glue on face. Damaged rotting packaging and no response when submitting a complaint
