Tile Warehouse is all about making tile buying easy. Launched in early 2022, we are passionate about everything to do with tiles and making it as easy as possible for you to find the right tiles to help transform your home.

Part of the UK’s largest tile buying group, our low cost, online only operating model enables us to bring you the best quality tiles at the lowest possible prices, together with a wide range of trade quality tools and accessories.

“The pallet the tiles were delivered on was broken and not sufficient to protect the tiles from breakages, hence a whole box arrived broken. Hoping a refund is being processed. Unfortunately the colleague I spoke to on the phone was clearly wfh and his child was calling him and chatting in the background. I know it’s tricky to juggle but it really didn’t give me a good impression of your company or confidence that the colleague was listening to me properly.”

“The tiles were ordered and I was given delivery information immediately. I needed to advise them the day not convenient and it was changed with no problem. The delivery driver phoned me ahead as requested and the tiles are excellent.No complaints !”

“I'm not keen on internet buying, but having looked through various tile outlets, the only tiles that appealed to me, were all out of stock. Having looked on line, I found a number of suppliers that offered similar tiles, but many of the adverts were either misleading or confusing either in pricing or photography. Tile warehouse were clear and concise and the samples requested arrived within 2 days. I telephoned them a couple of times too and they were helpful both times. The tiles purchased were competitively priced but not the cheapest. They arrived on the correct date. Overall - very pleased.”

“On delivery 2boxes were broken .. customer service promised delivery in two days still waiting on my delivery 6days on ..very poor customer service .. very disappointed customer”

Hi Sandra I do apologise, I have just checked the tracking and this should have been delivered on the 2nd and is booked as a premium delivery, for some reason they have changed this to today, we will pick up with them to see why they failed and did not let us know.

“We placed an order online for tiles, adhesive and grout (£434) 5th September with expected delivery of 11th September. We made payment and got order confirmation. Then nothing, kept checking website and it repeatedly said awaiting dispatch. 11th September came and went so we phoned them. Apparently the tiles we ordered had been discontinued and the ones that would have fulfilled our order were broken. So we can understand that issues arise and after I phoned we managed to sort out a different tile but if I had not phoned how long would it have taken for someone to contact me? They should have contacted me as soon as they knew the issue and this would have then been a 5* review, such a shame. Tile warehouse sort out your process for dispatch and speaking to customers, such a shame I had to leave a bad review.”

“Did not like the refund policy as there's no facilities to return left over extra tiles.”
