Tile Warehouse is all about making tile buying easy. Launched in early 2022, we are passionate about everything to do with tiles and making it as easy as possible for you to find the right tiles to help transform your home.

“The sales team are very responsive and deal with issues quickly and in a pleasant manner. The tiles are lovely and were priced very reasonably. However, I have given a 4 because it took 3 deliveries to complete the order because of breakages. That said they were very quick and efficient about sending replacements and did not quibble or make things difficult. I would use them again and would recommend them.”

“UNFORTUNATELY THE TILES I ASKED FOR SAMPLES OF ARE UNRECTIFIED SO NOT SUITABLE FOR MY PROJECT, HOWEVER THE TILES DO BOTH LOOK GOOD.”

“Tiles arrived poorly packaged and were snapped in half, immediately I photographed and emailed customer service I got an automated reply saying they would be in touch in 24 hours, waited 4 days and sent another email but again nothing called them after 11 days and got through to sales but not customer service was told they were behind Ordered on the 11th of September its now the 22nd and still no refund very poor customer service”

“Cannot fault tile warehouse the courier a different matter box all broken as well as 2tiles broken and several more chipped I contacted tile warehouse a very nice and helpful man said he would replace them for free and they arrived the next day great service also arrived in one piece ,I must mention the first lot of tiles had plenty of fragile tape on the box as did the replacement ones .It is the fault of the courier service that they arrived in that state maybe have a word with the courier service or a lesson in what fragile means ? Thank you Tile warehouse the.”

“More Damaged Parts! after emailing and calling a bunch of times after my first delivery arrived broken, it took two weeks for a replacement to be sent out (zero correspondence on my initial want of a refund.) and lo and behold a second parcel arrived (to the wrong address) and was also broken. I just want a refund”

“Great delivery driver! Found an additional pallet as the one with my tile adhesive on broke, really helpful and pleasant, adhesive arrived in good condition even with the pallet issue, wrapped in protective plastic and exactly when stated. I’ve found the adhesive a dream to work with as a first time DIY floor tiler, really easy to mix, stays usable for ages and great to work with, delivery was really quick and I thought the price very reasonable”

“I ordered a couple of tiles to replace exisiting tiles. They arrived wrapped in only clingfilm so unsurprisingly, one of the tiles was broken. I sent an email requesting a replacement and got a prompt reply promising to replace the tile straight away. Three weeks later, no replacement has arrived and my subsequent email has been ignored. Reading other reviews, this seems to be a consistent issue.”
