Tile Warehouse have a Customer Happiness Grade of B-. Customers love their prices, delivery and customer service but are unhappy with their returns process and refunds.

tiles have only arrived this week so havent gone up yet (will update if poss) but will say a great company to deal with, easy to order, great price (even if delivery is a tad expensive - but added together still great value)
Had to make two amendments to my order, one to add extra tiles, and one to change deliver day - both relatively easy to do via email/contacting customer service.

I called Tile Warehouse, as there is no contact details on the delivery email, and the man I spoke to was very polite but he essentially said there is nothing that they can do, and on top of that they can’t arrange returns.

It is a good job this company has ceased trading as they were a complete nightmare to deal with. They sent the wrong coloured tiles and then insisted they the ones we had ordered. To compound this they said we had to pay to return them.
They are owned by Topps Tiles and got a complete different experience from them when I rang their Head Office. They took complete control of the situation and a full refund was received within a week.

Ordered the tiles half were Broken had already waited 2 weeks for delivery, ended up just binning them as I didn’t have a pallet to return them . Asked for a refund and they would only refund the damaged ones and not even the delivery fee slough half were delivered damaged.

Found very similar tile for repair to an old kitchen floor - had been very difficult to find similar tile but Tile Warehouse did the job and the pricing is also very good.
