“I bought some wonderful floor tiles from this company. They were a very good price and, unlike many other companies that I had tried ordering similar tiles from, they actually had them in stock, ready to dispatch. I knew the measurements and how many tiles were needed but they also did a calculation for me which was reassuring. The rose was completed over the phone and the tiles were sent out on the exact date that we agreed. My lounge is now tiled and I am extremely pleased with the quality. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company. Many thanks indeed!”

“Please be careful when ordering any errors will be very hard to return . But delivery is quick”

We do make it clear that returns are at the customer’s expense, and while we can suggest courier services that offer collection, they can be costly. “Terrible company, tiles sent by courier with no padded packaging and a small fragile label on them. Every single tile was broken and no offer of compensation to cover the labour we had paid for that day. Rubbish”

Hi Paul, I’m very sorry to hear about the broken tiles and the lack of suitable packaging. This isn’t what we aim for. It is always a fine balance to try and reduce the amount of packaging we use as a green initiative and to make sure there is enough to protect what we send. It is in our interests to do this as replacements and the cost to deliver them outweigh the savings. We always will replace damages when we get it wrong, even if its the carrier and not us but that is why we always say you should not book tilers until you have the delivery and you are satisfied with them. “Ordered two samples. One I had to pay £10 delivery (the tile itself cost £4.41) - it arrived on the same day as a free sample. It was extremely frustrating not to have a product number on the invoice/delivery slip;. This made progressing to an order difficult - and easier to forget the whole thing and go to a competitor”

Hi Guido, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the delivery charge and the lack of a product number on your invoice, which made placing an order frustrating. This isn’t the experience we want for customers. The product number is always on the sticker on the back of the tile for easy reference if you still need it. With regards to the full sample, i presume you ordered one tile and not a full size sample so the system will charge delivery. The yellow button on the page would have given you free sample ordering and delivery where you only pay for the tile itself. Kind regards, Team Tile Warehouse

“Order was taken, payment was taken, delivery vehicle confirmed, people arranged to take day off for delivery Email re delivery time ignored Telephone call made by me finally confirmed the order was not available, This was nearly 1 month after the order was made and staff said you only know if an item is out of stock the day before delivery-hiw can you run a business with have no knowledge of available stock- I've never received such an awful experience as this!”

“These tiles are a beautiful colour but our tiler was not pleased with the quality of the tiles. The back of the tiles were not square, they all had a bend, causing issues when tiling to the wall. Considering they weren't a cheap tile, we are disappointed.”

“I purchased floor tiles to use on my outdoor kitchen, I only need 6 large tikes to place on top of my work tops. The guys helped me choose a non slip tile & which adhesive & grout to us to make it water( beer) proof. I've never tiled outdoors before so was very glad for the advice on sealing the edges & maintenance. I don't have any pictures as once tiled we packed the bar/ kitchen away for the winter. I checked on it & as to date every thing is exactly has it was when first done in October. We are looking forward to finishing the borders & have talked about tiling due to all the help we were given.”
