Tile Warehouse is all about making tile buying easy. Launched in early 2022, we are passionate about everything to do with tiles and making it as easy as possible for you to find the right tiles to help transform your home.

Part of the UK’s largest tile buying group, our low cost, online only operating model enables us to bring you the best quality tiles at the lowest possible prices, together with a wide range of trade quality tools and accessories.

We haven’t just stopped there. The Tile Warehouse website is packed full of helpful tiling tips and techniques to give you the confidence you need to tile the interior as well as exterior of your home yourself.

Tile Warehouse also offers a dedicated sample service so you can try before you buy; a Tile Visualiser that allows you to picture how your chosen tiles would look in your home; a Tile Calculator that tells you how many tiles you will need for your room together with free delivery on all orders over £300.

“Still waiting for a refund after 3 weeks for damaged tiles”

“Sample tiles were poorly packaged and arrived broken. I reported this via three emails but have still received no meaningful response. I was forced to raise a complaint via PayPal to get a full refund. Needless to say, the full order for tiles was placed elsewhere .”

“Customer service is outstanding. In the past I have had tiles that were damaged during delivery immediately replaced. Any problems you might encounter will be dealt with promptly by one of the members of staff. As they have a good range of tiles I don't look elsewhere as , when you need it, such good customer service is a blessing.”

“Wrong tiles were delivered. Even though I refused delivery, the courier would not take them back. Contacted customer services via telephone and was told to email. No reply to email aft r 24 hours so called, and was told incorrect tiles would be collected the next working day. Well that didn't happen. I'm yet to have these collected and any communication on when my actual tiles will be supplied. Reading these reviews, all is well. Unless there is an issue. Wouldn't recommend tile warehouse.”
