Terrible company, tiles sent by courier with no padded packaging and a small fragile label on them. Every single tile was broken and no offer of compensation to cover the labour we had paid for that day. Rubbish

Hi Paul, I’m very sorry to hear about the broken tiles and the lack of suitable packaging. This isn’t what we aim for. It is always a fine balance to try and reduce the amount of packaging we use as a green initiative and to make sure there is enough to protect what we send. It is in our interests to do this as replacements and the cost to deliver them outweigh the savings. We always will replace damages when we get it wrong, even if its the carrier and not us but that is why we always say you should not book tilers until you have the delivery and you are satisfied with them. Order was taken, payment was taken, delivery vehicle confirmed, people arranged to take day off for delivery Email re delivery time ignored Telephone call made by me finally confirmed the order was not available, This was nearly 1 month after the order was made and staff said you only know if an item is out of stock the day before delivery-hiw can you run a business with have no knowledge of available stock- I've never received such an awful experience as this!

Ordered tiles on the 15th Jan 2 weeks later the tiles have still not arrived, ive called customer service,tried the live chat but no one can tell me when they will arrive as they cant locate them the status on my account says shipped but there is no way to track them. Still waiting on an explanation

Hi Denise, I have looked into this as it is very concerning to us. It does look like we attempted delivery on the requested date however there was no one to accept it and we could not contact you to arrange a safe place for it to be left. We have attempted several times subsequently to contact you to arrange an alternate time to suit you however you never answered. The goods are now on their way back to us as the carrier cannot hold them indefinately. As soon as we recieve them we will try again to arrange a date that suits you and we will try again for you. Items returned on 7th Jan 26 as not all same colour , Still no sign of refund by 18th Jan 26.

Do NOT buy from tile warehouse. They will confirm a delivery date the day before and again on the day only to fail to appear and unilaterally pick another day and not tell you after you waited in all day requiring two days off work- all for a £30 delivery fee. Yes the t&c says the delivery date is subject to confirmation- but we had two confirmations it was coming- the afternoon before and the morning of. No phone call or email or message all day to say it wasn’t. Tracked changed around 3pm after waiting all day

The picture advertised and the batch I received are completely different I didn’t realise also that the batch I received were two different colors of pink until I play them on the wall . Each box is a different shade of pink . They’ll send you the right sample when you request but wrong colour when you receive it . I raised a complaint about this and they didn’t want to table full responsibility they just kept blaming me for laying them when I realised it was different colours I thought it was because the tiles were wait they changed colours maybe when they dry it’ll look different but no it got worse . Very disappointing never will I recommend this . Ps just replying to costumers doesn’t mean you have good costumer service taking full responsibility for your screw up is the only good costumer service we expect as costumers.

Several were broken on arrival , box came wrapped in a black dustbin bag as it looked as if it had been in the rain .

Not responding to problem with non matching tile after 5 days, will have to get Credit Card Co. to sort if they don't hurry up.

It appears you were talking to two departments at the same time and this was thought to be sorted, I have asked the customer service team to replace these for you and despatch today. In terms of the discount, we had a better offer on the day, so you cannot use a lesser discount code and unfortunately discounts cannot be added up to get more than the best code on the day would offer I am afraid. I would leave a zero review if possible. I ordered a very large quantity of Tile Warehouses' Rockstone Beige Travertine Effect 60 x 60cm square tiles. They were specifically sold online as 60 x 60cm. The boxes said 60 x 60cm on them too, so my tiler started to fit them. A few days later my feature tiles arrived (measuring 120 x 60cm) and my tiler told me that the 60 x 60cm tiles ordered from Tile Warehouse only measured 59.5cm! Totally ruining the lines between all the tiles. One or 2mm you can understand and add a thicker layer of grout but not an extra 5mm! I contracted Tile Warehouse customer services and they said they were totally ok to be selling a tile 5mm out and offered no solution or compensation whatsoever.

V poor customer service. Ordered next day delivery, but received no updates all day. Tried to call office multiple times for update, and kept being put on hold until the line would go dead. Repeatedly. Finally got through to someone on live chat who couldn’t help, except tell me that my next day delivery had gone wrong and it would now be delivered the day after. When I asked for a refund on the delivery cost and help with telling me what time the order would be delivered, I was told they couldn’t help at all and could offer no refund. Go to Topps Tiles for better rates and better service. I wish I had.

Hi Jessica, I’m really sorry to hear about the lack of updates and the trouble with your delivery. That isn’t the level of service we want for our customers. I can see that you ordered with us and we despatched for next day delivery using our usual carrier DX. Not many carriers can take parcels 2.5m long. Unfortunately it looks like they failed to move it across the country in time and missed a deadline for the local delivery driver. It was delivered early on the second day. We do apologise, however this was an unforseen issue outside of our control on this occasion. From all our other reviews hopefully you understand this is highly unusual. All was fine with the purchase and delivery, but when I unpacked the tiles I found 18 of them were broken. That's 18 out of 112 tiles. I contacted customer service but because I had not unpacked and checked them within 48 hours they were not willing to replace them. So I'm left with a stack of tiles that might not be enough for the floor, or I take a chance and order some more, which may or may not arrive broken. REALLY NOT IMPRESSED. I thought 30% off was referring to the price and not the tiles! I RECOMMEND YOU THOROUGHLY CHECK THE ORDER WHEN DELIVERED AND DO NOT ACCEPT THEM FROM THE DRIVER IF THEY ARE BROKEN. Alternatively go to TOPPS TILES as they are the SAME COMPANY and you might get better customer service from the showrooms.

I can see your order was delivered on the 10th November - unfortunately we do request to be notified in 48 hours as per our deliveries page on our website. That said, we do tend to show leniency where possible. However unfortunately as the items had been left 4 weeks before we were contacted we are unable to match the product batch to a replacement and would no longer be able to verify how to products were stored or maintained once the delivery was made. Ordered sample tile which was perfect however when bulk order arrived they were not the same colour. Sent photo, the lady said she could see the difference, I asked if they could pick them up, was told I would have to organise my own courier but as they came on a pallet I ended up just keeping them. Staff were very polite but that didn’t help me.

Had the wrong tiles delivered, had x2 lots of trim only wanted one, informed them of the excess order but after a week was told to go through a process to return the extra..cant be bothered to sort out your mistake so will just bin them.
