It is a good job this company has ceased trading as they were a complete nightmare to deal with. They sent the wrong coloured tiles and then insisted they the ones we had ordered. To compound this they said we had to pay to return them. They are owned by Topps Tiles and got a complete different experience from them when I rang their Head Office. They took complete control of the situation and a full refund was received within a week.

Appalling customer service. I placed an order, paid in full, then I recieved a phone call asking why I wanted the items I'd bought. I said that I didn't realise I had to justify my order so cancel it if you wish. The truth is that their system had gone wrong and they'd allowed me to have too many free samples and they were hoping I'd say it was a mistake to save them money. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Obviously I would never buy tiles from here.

Are you joking?! You want a review when you've just sold out to Topps Tiles and cancelled my order leaving me with no tiles coming to build out my home project. No chance to complete the order. Your not answering any calls. Terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would

Terrible delivery service - we waited in all day on our selected delivery date and nothing turned up. Took us ages to be able to make contact via email in order to re-schedule the delivery and even then the communication was poor and the delivery was late. Very poor service and wouldn't order from again purely from this experience.

I ordered the marmi white marble effect tiles on 9/4/26 which were due to be delivered on 21/4/26. I received a delivery on this day as expected but they were NOT the correct ones! I have been in touch with customer service several times and they are not responding to my emails, and there's no escalation point anymore due to their acquisition by Topps Tiles. Terrible service, its been 2 weeks and I can't get my bathroom finished until its rectified so i don't currently have a toilet in my house as a result.

Product had been as ordered and did the job well, however Tile Warehouses assistance and promises of delivery were very poor. You pay £30 for delivery, selecting a specific date. For that delivery cost I'd expect it to arrive on that day! Tile Warehouse use 3rd party pallet networks of which I received my consignment 2 days late, this incurring a charge with a fitter & wasting my time. Seeking compensation for just the cost of delivery Tile Warehouse refused.

Absolutely appalling. We ordered stock from here, only to be told that the correct amount of stock we needed wasn’t available now, and still no one has been in touch despite constant emails to resolve the matter. It appears the company has stopped trading. It has been an absolute, complete mess.

It started out well with the £1 sample, which arrived quickly. In the days before we wanted to place the order, however, Tile Warehouse had been taken over by Topps Tiles. Their website no longer worked, emails not answered, calls redirected to Topps Tiles. But Topps Tiles did not sell the same tiles (needed to match existing in this project), and could not help. In summary a botched transition period, not reflecting well on Topps Tiles.

I bought 45x45 porcelain tiles for my project, but the quality is unacceptable. Two independent professional tilers have inspected the batch and refused to install them due to excessive size variation (out of caliber) and bowing (camber). There is also a clear mismatch in shading between the tiles. Despite photographic evidence, customer service is hiding behind 'British Standards' to avoid taking responsibility. A 1mm–2mm difference on a 450mm porcelain tile makes a straight 3mm grout joint impossible. Opening the boxes was the only way to find these latent defects, yet the company is stalling. My project is at a standstill. Beware before buying.

Ordered the tiles half were Broken had already waited 2 weeks for delivery, ended up just binning them as I didn’t have a pallet to return them . Asked for a refund and they would only refund the damaged ones and not even the delivery fee slough half were delivered damaged.

We have a big project ongoing and to return items they wanted to charge us excessively I feel. I would be dubious of using them on major projects for this reason.

The tile itself is beautiful! However, I bought 100 pieces and 15 of them came broken. I understand that during delivery things move but lose 15% of the material I bought is a bit too much

Ordered tiles to my rental property- handyman arrives to find all the tiles broken a week later- contact customer service to find out they are unwilling to do anything to compensate for this as their insurance only covers if damage is reported in 24 hours- something that was impossible for me to do (and also something I didn't know about anyway). Not impressed

Horrendous customer service. Gaslighting person in the office trying to tell me I accepted the order becuase the driver took a photo of me in the middle of a conversation where I was asking him NOT to leave in the middle of the road.

Awful service! Contacted customer services in multiple ways, several times about my broken full size tiles order - due to very poor packaging. Not one person responded or refunded my order. If you can't even acknowledge an email I do not trust you with a full tile order. Steer clear!
