Had the wrong tiles delivered, had x2 lots of trim only wanted one, informed them of the excess order but after a week was told to go through a process to return the extra..cant be bothered to sort out your mistake so will just bin them.

Extremely disappointed that I was overcharged. Tiles were on offer with further 10% discount, this was not applied. Tried several e-mailed to try and resolve but all ignored.

The tiles themselves are beautiful and I would highly recommend. The delivery and customer service on the hand has completely deterred me from supporting this company. I ordered ten tiles and all of which were damaged on delivery. I sent them a message on the day with photo evidence of the damages and it’s a week later and still no reply! I even sent follow up emails and nothing! I just want a refund at this point not even the tiles! The delivery cost more than the tiles themselves and they were shipped lose in a box with one air bag.

The tiles themselves were fine, but the customer service was very poor. I paid around £32 for delivery, yet the tiles were not delivered on time. After waiting five days, I called to cancel the order, and the colleague confirmed it had been cancelled. However, the next day I received an alert saying my delivery was on its way. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. I did end up keeping the tiles in the end, but I hope the company will at least have the decency to refund the delivery fee, given that the order arrived almost a week late.

Hi Jason, I’m really sorry to hear that you were sent the wrong tiles in the first place and we will do everything in our powere to turn this around for you, I do think that notifying us on a Friday afternoon and then leaving us a bad review on a Monday is a little unfair. We did arrange a collection of the wrong tiles and replacements with the correct ones to happen on the Tuesday which was our first opportunity. I ordered 50 sqm of Apollo Grey polished marble tiles. When they arrived the grey veining was a very unattractive brown!!! These tiles are most certainly not what this website advertises but this company still maintains the tiles I received were grey ? Proceed with caution as their t’s & c’s are ridiculous! Our tiler with + 30 years experience is still laughing at the notion of dry laying the tiles prior to laying them with the appropriate adhesive!!! Because who doesn’t want to do the same job twice? An utterly awful experience!

Hi Sarah, I’m sorry that you were disappointed with our product, it does look like you had a sample of the tiles in advance so this should have given you an indication of what you would be receiving. We believe the tiles match the description and over a hundred customers have had the same tiles without issue. The terms and conditions you refer to, just ask that you satisfy yourself that what you have recieved, matches your expectations before starting any works so that we can sort any changes. Dry laying is where you lay out a few tiles, without adhesive to ensure this, we do not expect anyone to actually lay lots of tiles twice. We have offered to uplift the remaining tiles, at our expense, to help here but this has been refused. I am sorry that on this occasion we have been unable to help more. We placed an order online for tiles, adhesive and grout (£434) 5th September with expected delivery of 11th September. We made payment and got order confirmation. Then nothing, kept checking website and it repeatedly said awaiting dispatch. 11th September came and went so we phoned them. Apparently the tiles we ordered had been discontinued and the ones that would have fulfilled our order were broken. So we can understand that issues arise and after I phoned we managed to sort out a different tile but if I had not phoned how long would it have taken for someone to contact me? They should have contacted me as soon as they knew the issue and this would have then been a 5* review, such a shame. Tile warehouse sort out your process for dispatch and speaking to customers, such a shame I had to leave a bad review.

The Tiles and initial service was very good. One guy called Oliver was particularly good, but unfortunately when I needed to discuss tiles I did not need and buying more instead… everyone I spoke to was saying we will get Oliver to call you back.. Not one of them wanted to deal with anything but a sale.. in the end no call back at all. Just ordered the extra tiles I wanted and never heard any more.

Out off 9 tiles there was only 4 that wasn't broken very disappointed and no reply after I emailed

I found trying to find a simple square white bathroom tile on your completely over complicated website so difficult I gave up and went elsewhere

Poor service. Had some issues with delivery. Called and they said it would cost me more to send the tiles back than they were worth. Was given the email address and I’ve emailed twice in the last 3 weeks, and no one has responded to (despite the fact that their autoreply says they will reply with 48 hours). Don’t waste your money.

Tile warehouse delivered the wrong tiles. The tiles were received by my builder whilst I was away and they got installed. I only realised once back. They don’t keep records of what they’ve sent out, but rely on the customer keeping the boxes to prove that they sent the wrong product

Tiles arrived poorly packaged and were snapped in half, immediately I photographed and emailed customer service I got an automated reply saying they would be in touch in 24 hours, waited 4 days and sent another email but again nothing called them after 11 days and got through to sales but not customer service was told they were behind Ordered on the 11th of September its now the 22nd and still no refund very poor customer service

More Damaged Parts! after emailing and calling a bunch of times after my first delivery arrived broken, it took two weeks for a replacement to be sent out (zero correspondence on my initial want of a refund.) and lo and behold a second parcel arrived (to the wrong address) and was also broken. I just want a refund

Completely the wrong tiles were delivered, not sure whose tiles I have, but 4 of the 10 are damaged. Not a great first impression.

I ordered a couple of tiles to replace exisiting tiles. They arrived wrapped in only clingfilm so unsurprisingly, one of the tiles was broken. I sent an email requesting a replacement and got a prompt reply promising to replace the tile straight away. Three weeks later, no replacement has arrived and my subsequent email has been ignored. Reading other reviews, this seems to be a consistent issue.

Initial order didn't get processed so arrived late. When the tiles did arrive they arrived all broken. Still haven't had a response back for a refund or replacement.
