Poor. Tiles may be great, but yet to receive them

I lost my order items and money, the company doesn't care if the customer didn't get back to them with 14 days , which I think it is wrong, first the item was not checkout rightly from the warehouse, hence i lost money , and i have to order the same again as i didn't get them in the first delivery which is not my fault.

Hello Jing, I am really sorry to hear about your experience. We do require all orders to be checked within a reasonable timeframe. Unfortunately, as we were not notified of any issues until well over 30 days after the items had been delivered, it limits what assistance we can provide. 5 of my tiles arrived broken. I contacted customer service and they offered to refund me for those 5 tiles. That would be useless, because I ordered a certain number of tiles because that's how many I need!! So I replied to say this. Then my emails kept bouncing back as 'undeliverable' I tried several times. A few days later, I get an email to say 'we notice you have an open customer service case. Should we just close the case? It must be resolved by now' So I replied to say NO, give me my full refund, or 5 new tiles! And they replied to say, OK we can send you 5 tiles but it will be Tuesday delivery, is that OK? I replied to say yes, please send them. It bounced back as undeliverable. I've tried about 10 times over several days to get the email through to them to say yes, send me the tiles! It's Tuesday. Have I received the tiles? No I have not. I'm expecting another 'Hey, should we close your open case?' Email soon...

You may have received an automated email (based on the couriers tracking scans) that advises that your items were refused, and to get in contact with our team for a replacement. I'm really sorry but neither the photo shown on the website or the photo supplied with this review request are a true indication of what the tiles actually look like. After numerous tries with numerous people the only way that we can get a photo to resemble what's shown is when the kitchen is completely dark, and a flash is turned on with whatever device is used. In my opinion this is not a true indication of what should have been supplied. The unfortunate thing is that I'm house bound so it was impossible to actually go to somewhere to see tiles in person so I'm completely reliant on the photos on the Internet.

Hello Allan, I am sorry the tiles were not as you expected. We do always recommend ordering a sample prior to delivery (and we do aim to have all samples delivered within 2 working days) Unfortunately natural lighting does play a key factor in the look of any tile project. It seems once you take a photo with flash, the product looks like you'd expect. This makes me feel that it may just be the lighting present in your room. The tiles were good, but the delivery was a disaster, did not turn up on the day, no communication, promised the next morning, did not turn up again, no communication, had to stay in for days waiting on a promised delivery slot. Not even an apology for such poor service.

Bought 8 large tiles 30 Match but decided they did not suit the job so requested their return. Return accepted but insisted we use a courier and the cheapest price was £50. The tiles were £118 including delivery? My husband has a works Ford Ranger, insured for delivery forklift parts, hi-viz etc so wanted to return them himself in original packaging on the pallet they were delivered on to be taken off by a forklift or by hand but they refused saying as they operate out of a warehouse with no showroom, they were not insured for pedestrians on site. So potential buyers, if you want to return your tiles it will cost you as you can only use a courier!

Hi Diane Unfortunately we operate from a shared warehouse facility with very strict policies on access for health and safety reasons, we do not have a customer counter and no shops to make any other type of return, we are a true online only operation to keep our overheads low and pass on the savings to our customers. Like many online companies we clearly state in our terms and conditions that we are very happy to refund any returns, fully, but we can only accept returns through a safe process for our customers and staff as set by the owners of the warehouses. We do believe this to be one of the best returns policy's in our online industry. I am sorry that you are upset by this but it was clearly stated in our checkout before you completed your purchase.
Tiles ordered because they were in stock, it turned out they weren't in stock and I'm still awaiting delivery 30 days later.

Took 4 deliveries to get the quantities I needed due to the amount of broken tiles that turned up on each delivery. Tiler said very poorly made. Obviously the company know this so I think these could be seconds 🤔 They do look nice up but far too much of a problem getting them which has delayed the job quite a bit. Luckily I had a tiler who understood and didn't charge me extra for the extra visits he had to make I can't recommend this company and wont return (Pic are from the 3rd deliverythat was supposedto replace the tiles from the 1st 2)

Order did not arrive at which time they sent the item out again so was over two weeks before delivery and then it was damaged. Have not got time to mess about trying for a refund.

The tiles, on their pallet, were left a long way from our front door even though I explained that I needed a hip replacement and my husband has advanced cancer. If I had known the tiles were going to left so far from my front door, I’d have bought somewhere else. Even if I bought them locally and brought them home the car, they’d have been closer to my front door.

Good morning, I am very sorry to hear of the difficulties you had in accepting your delivery. We do try to make it as clear as possible that the couriers provider only offers a kerbside delivery service. Occasionally the drivers will, where possible assist by bringing the tiles closer to the property if they can but in your instance, it appears the the drive way is gravel and with that in mind, would not be safe to manouver a pallet over. First delivery didnt turn up and the second delivery took another week nearly

I can see that you notified us of the issue on a Friday and we arranged replacements to be picked and shipped the next working day for delivery on Tuesday. Ordered these tiles 10 days prior to the delivery i had chosen on the website i was then non e the wiser of anything else On the day of the supposed delivery date i rang them and it hadnt even been dispatched and was pushed back to Thursday. The day after i then received a email saying it was to be a Saturday morning delivery After losing out on 4 days work and with no compensation for this it put the job back 4 days this also affecting jobs i had booked in after this Awful experience with tile warehouse

The quarry tiles were good quality but too thick, so I couldn't use them. Nor could I return them. There was an assumption that the general public is au fait with dispatching goods using a courier. I'm not.
