Received the wrong tiles all broken ,correct tiles Received over 50% broken . Sent 2 emails and a phone to resolve and got no reply

Sample tiles were poorly packaged and arrived broken. I reported this via three emails but have still received no meaningful response. I was forced to raise a complaint via PayPal to get a full refund. Needless to say, the full order for tiles was placed elsewhere .

Wrong tiles were delivered. Even though I refused delivery, the courier would not take them back. Contacted customer services via telephone and was told to email. No reply to email aft r 24 hours so called, and was told incorrect tiles would be collected the next working day. Well that didn't happen. I'm yet to have these collected and any communication on when my actual tiles will be supplied. Reading these reviews, all is well. Unless there is an issue. Wouldn't recommend tile warehouse.

Customer Service has been extremely poor. The tiles were delivered on Friday morning. I opened them and found almost all of the tiles were damaged. I called straight away, emailed 3 times and the first response was given on my review. I have only just heard from them tonight (7 days later) that the tiles will be replaced and sent out. That does not make me feel like an important customer. I’m hoping the packaging is done correctly and FEDEX do not break them again.

When delivered I asked the delivery driver if he could bring the tiles to my door but as it was down some steps (about 8) he refused. I explained that I had had surgery on my back and was unable to do it and he shrugged and said ‘maybe do one at a time’. I said I would try but asked if I could refuse delivery if I couldn’t manage them and he said yes. As I lifted the first package he walked back to his van, but I couldn’t manage it so I asked him to take them back. He then said he had now marked the tiles as delivered so couldn’t take them back. I asked him to please help me out and he agreed to take them back. I started walking back over to the tiles and as I did so he got in his van and drove away. Just to highlight, I remained calm and very polite all the way through the interaction even though he was incredibly rude. I called Tile Warehouse, as there is no contact details on the delivery email, and the man I spoke to was very polite but he essentially said there is nothing that they can do, and on top of that they can’t arrange returns. The buyer must arrange and pay for returns (which would cost more than the tiles anyway).

Most of the tiles were broken on delivery. I called and spoke to someone on the phone who advised I email with photos. I did this straight away only to have a response that the customer service team would be in contact. As yet I will await them contacting directly, I am very disappointed. The tiles were poorly wrapped so of course they were going to break. This platform would not allow me to add my photos.

I had a very disappointing experience with Tile Warehouse. My delivery was rescheduled twice, and when it finally arrived, it was after 7 pm (outside of normal delivery hours) and was left in a public parking area as claimed by the driver. When I contacted Tile Warehouse, instead of helping, the reception team told me it was a third-party issue and not their responsibility. To make matters worse, I was accused of “threatening” the staff over the phone, which was completely untrue and shows very poor professionalism. The receptionist also promised to call me back after investigating, but I have still received no communication. This whole experience was extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I would never buy from this company again or recommend them to anyone.

Hi John I have checked all our inbound channels and we have not had anything come through to us, could you have replied to our Do Not Reply email confirming your delivery? We cannot see that if so but if you could contact customerservice@tilewarehouse.co.uk we would be happy to replace anything damaged in transit.

Unfortunately you are asking me to review tiles that I am yet to received. However I can review the service we ordered these tiles with a delivery date of 11th August we are still waiting. When I contacted you said a knew lot would be sent. I received an email today saying there where delivered but nowhere in sight and the response to customer service is too long

Driver was unable to make my delivery as there was a road closed with a perfectly acceptable diversion in place but refused to deliver so I had to meet the driver & collect my tiles from him & Tile Warehouse have refused to refund the delivery charge.

Poor quality tiles, badly packaged, 2 of the 8 ordered arrived with corners chipped off. Fortunately I was able to work around this. I will not be ordering from Tile Warehouse again.

However we pride ourselves in always putting this right as soon as possible. Usually, we are able to provide replacement tiles within 24 hours of being notified of any damages. Customer service was very good, even processed a promised 10% discount quickly. Delivery was pretty good 2 days from order to arriving on site. HOWEVER, the product is very poor. It is described by Tile Warehouse on their web pages as 'Outdoor Black Straight Edge Trim.' Note the word Straight. It is anything but. The 2.7 meter lengths come twisted and warped. They are anything but straight. Robin Hood could have used them very easily for his new bow!! They appeared to be quadrant, although nowhere does it state that they are quadrant. Im thinking if they were there would be a much greater chance that they would be straight. In fact they are nothing more than L shaped with large amounts of the back plate cut out, to save money in production, but in doing so they have lost rigidity and twist easily. My tiler is not going to thank me, it will be an extremely difficult job for him do his usual perfect job when they are so twisted. I guess they are made in China, but nowhere does it say that, but feels like Chinese quality. No end caps available. Each length is very expensive for what they are! I assumed they were full quadrant and so justified the price. Not these severley reduced L shaped trims! Spent nearly £200 and it will end up looking like 50p. Very disappointing purchase, do not buy these, unless you want to fall out with your tiler and get a poor finish on your tiling. Steve Pontefract Colosseum Properties Ltd.

The help line is not very helpful, with very little product knowledge. An important sample that would be charged @ £39 is a real put-off….

Hello Anthony, My Name is Oliver, I will reach out directly to see if there is anything I can help with. Usually, the only time a sample would be so expensive, is if it is an outdoor tile that we do not have a sample of. The only way around this would be to order a single full sized tile, which delivery would be charged. This is often due to the weight and the cost of the delivery (£50ish for a pallet delivery to send a sample) That said, I will reach out to fully understand what has happened. Best wishes, Oliver

I lost my order items and money, the company doesn't care if the customer didn't get back to them with 14 days , which I think it is wrong, first the item was not checkout rightly from the warehouse, hence i lost money , and i have to order the same again as i didn't get them in the first delivery which is not my fault.

Unfortunately, as we were not notified of any issues until well over 30 days after the items had been delivered, it limits what assistance we can provide.
