Over half of the tiles I ordered were smashed! Put me very behind as tiler was coming the next day and couldn’t complete the job, still waiting almost a week later for replacements!

We understand your frustration and I can see a service specialist has been in touch and confirmed the delivery date for your replacements on Monday. It is advisable not to book any trades people until you receive and check your goods. I do apologise again for the initial breakages and can see your replacements are due to be with you today. Never received the samples. Just lots of requests from review emails!

I have purchased tiles from this company and immediately I contacted to cancel it and they did cancel the order but after a day they said they have dispatched the order , the good thing is I have paid through pay pal and got help from them for refund. Otherwise I had to pay for return it . So be careful.

Hi Venud I am so sorry to hear the timings were tight and your order had already been despatched, as you had notified us and the agent confirmed they had cancelled for you, you could have refused the delivery and it would have been sent back or if left, we would have arranged collection for you at our expense. I apologise for the confusion on this order.
I still have not received my order, despite me phoning nearly a week ago and being told it was being delivered that day. No tracking number nothing, and still no delivery

Did not arrive on specified delivery date. Ended up costing me twice as much as took time off work and had to delay tradesman.

Having investigated this, it was unfortunate that the driver experienced heavy volumes of traffic on the specified date and despite us keeping you updated on his progress, the driver just ran out of legal driving hours to complete the delivery, this was completed the next day. We apologise that the delivery was not everything we both hoped for, and we will convey the feelings to our carrier partner for their thoughts.

Ordered 17 tiles and most of them arrived broken or chipped so could not use them. I will not order again

Placed an order in plenty of time for the offer of next day delivery (£40, or £30 if I could wait until next week) as I needed the tiles for a job over the weekend. Received my order confirmation that all was good and yes, delivery would be today. Cushty. Had a bloke wait at the delivery address from 8 this morning to take receipt as the delivery slot given was the usual crappy 0800 to 1800... Then at 1230 I get an e-mail (not a in person call) to tell me my order now wouldn't be with me Saturday (?????) and instead had been prioritised FOR MONDAY. E-mailed back to say that was not what was agreed when I purchased the tiles and to cancel my order. Waste of bloody time and now I have to go and secure the tiles I need from B&Q, which to be fair looking back I should have done in the first place and given this mangy lot a massive shoulder swerve. AVOID.

The tiles on the website were not a good representation of the tiles ordered. Delivery was unhelpful. Customer service,though polite, was very unsatisfactory. Will not recommend or use again.

Very disappointing to have placed an order which apparently has been sent and Parcelforce couldn't deliver but no note through my front door and no way of tracking and despite trying to contact Customer Service at the Tile Warehouse I have had no response. Very poor and won't be bothering to buy from them. A waste of time and money

It was easy to purchase but the tile saw I bought has arrived and is faulty. Trying to get it exchanged is proving impossible. I continue to jump through hoops in providing information and photographs but still nothing is happening. Follow up customer service is more than poor.
