“Very helpful customer advisor. Didn't do samples of green tile trim but suggested a free sample of same coloured tile to check shade before ordering 😃”

“The tile itself is beautiful! However, I bought 100 pieces and 15 of them came broken. I understand that during delivery things move but lose 15% of the material I bought is a bit too much”

“Ordering process was a nightmare. The website kept freezing. When I received a confirmation email it stated that I didn't choose a delivery date! I did and it was highlighted. It also states I requested a smaller vehicle - i didn't. So I don't know if I'll get my order on time. Let's hope the tiles are what I ordered.”

“the delivery charges are really expensive for no reason...”

“Tile Warehouse should train their employees. It feels like a shopkeeper that doesn't know their product: 1) I asked what grout do they need to colour-match the tiles. The first answer was that the grout colour is entirely up to me (of course, I can use pink grout if I want to, but that's not what colour-matching means), the second answer was to recommend one of their rather small selection of grouts which looked completely different to the tiles. Happily my tiler was able to point me out in the direction of after-market grouts which have a huge variety of colours. 2) They display the tiles in a 50% pattern as the web picture, despite the manufacturer specifically recommending against this on the box (and they refuse to replace the misleading pictures on the web).”
