“Some tile trim needed urgently and ordered Thursday evening arrived on Monday morning. Excellent. What a pity that the website showed "awaiting fulfillment" against the order all weekend and into Monday, leaving the impression that the items had not been shipped and causing concern all that time!”

“Quarry tiles vastly different in surface finish depending on colour chosen despite being both labelled as 'Matt' and 'Unglazed'. Really disappointed. You would think they would be the same as they're from the same quarry range, but you cannot mix and match these (even though it's a common thing to do with this style of style). Tile warehouse refused to cover return costs despite this visible difference which I would consider 'not as described'. The member of staff I spoke to said that what I received was correct in line with their labelling and are standing firm regarding returns cost. Still considering what to do. The return cost to me is £60+ and I don't think that's fair considering how different they are. I would have kept them if they had the same finish.”

“Searched and searched for these or silimar tiles and eventually found them at a great price at the Warehouse. Not only did the delivery only take a few days but they posted to N. Ireland without quibble. Unlike other suppliers. Very happy.”

“I recently bought over 140 Taupe bathroom tiles, and they are superb. Such good quality and they look amazing on the walls and floor. I got them on sale too, which was even better! One had a slight stain on it and I contacted customer service and straight away they sent me 3 to replace it. I also liked the fact you can upload at picture to see what they will look like. So easy and fun too. I would definitely buy from them again.”
