“Tile warehouse was not at fault but our first order arrived with broken tiles. They arranged for 5 tiles to be replaced and they arrived 2 days later - all smashed! The courier, FedEx, left them in the porch without ringing our bell and it was obvious that the box was damaged and all the tiles were smashed. It is such a shame that the good service from Tile Wrehouse was spoiled.”

“From the order to the delivery it couldn't have been easier or better, the tiles arrived very quickly and in perfect condition, boxed and wrapped in bubble wrap with card between them, the finsh on the red quarry tiles will be perfect for the entrance on my wood fired oven. Very pleased thank you.”

“The materials and company were very good service but the delivery let them down as my wife is disabled and I was out and he refused to bring the two boxes into her and she asked him to take pallet back but he wouldn’t so not very helpful so we are lumbered with it. Shame.”

“OK. I wanted to buy a full size tile as the sample size sent wasn't big enough to be useful. Website says this is possible to do this, but it wasn't available for this particular tile. So I've ordered a couple more sample tiles in the hope they will give me a better idea of colour.”

“We ordered several samples which arrived promptly and helped us with our decision. It was nice to receive a follow up phone call from Dean Richards and emails regarding latest discounts. We chose the black gloss sticks mosaic tiles, with a black grout for our bathroom. They were ordered and fitted via our insurance company, they were delivered on time and they look fabulous. We would definitely use Tile Warehouse again”

“Unfortunately it’s Monday morning and you seem to be dealing apparently with other customers which means I can’t speak to anybody directly which makes me very nervous. I hope the tiles will be okay. I was wondering if the extra third off was acknowledged in the amount of money I paid paid.”

“I bought 45x45 porcelain tiles for my project, but the quality is unacceptable. Two independent professional tilers have inspected the batch and refused to install them due to excessive size variation (out of caliber) and bowing (camber). There is also a clear mismatch in shading between the tiles. Despite photographic evidence, customer service is hiding behind 'British Standards' to avoid taking responsibility. A 1mm–2mm difference on a 450mm porcelain tile makes a straight 3mm grout joint impossible. Opening the boxes was the only way to find these latent defects, yet the company is stalling. My project is at a standstill. Beware before buying.”

“Ordered the tiles half were Broken had already waited 2 weeks for delivery, ended up just binning them as I didn’t have a pallet to return them . Asked for a refund and they would only refund the damaged ones and not even the delivery fee slough half were delivered damaged.”
