“Awful service! Contacted customer services in multiple ways, several times about my broken full size tiles order - due to very poor packaging. Not one person responded or refunded my order. If you can't even acknowledge an email I do not trust you with a full tile order. Steer clear!”

“The order process was straightforward and I liked that there was an automatic 10% tiles added in case this was needed, also the choice of tiles are amazing, literally loads to choose from, we went for a basic quarry tile floor, perfect for our needs, thank you”

“Tiles arrive with chips in 18 of them and the delivery driver just left on a pallet by the side of the road as he couldn’t get it up the curb apparently, I have messaged tile warehouse to find out if the 18 will be replaced and told them about the poor delivery, waiting on a reply, tiles are lovely though and website was easy and shipping quick; hopefully they will sort the issues and then I will be happy with my order”
