“Very good service arrived on time so very happy.”

“The tiles are great. The delivery was not!!! It took FOUR attempts by the courier over four days (what a waste of a week!) to actually make it to my house, then the lorry was too big to come up the drive which meant that I had to move 480kg of tiles myself, by hand, into my car on the road, making three trips up to the house. Each box of tiles is around 24kg. I'm a senior citizen and not up for this kind of thing. I'd said specifically that a smaller vehicle was required for the delivery, but this was ignored (more than once). A few of the tiles were damaged on the corner of the pallet before I started moving them.”

“The coloured tiles are very lightweight, but good for a wall covering, but not sure they would withstand being used on a work-surface, as they chip easily. The terracotta tile is a good staple product and seems sturdy, but again unsure if it is suited for high-use, high-traffic areas.”

“These tiles are gorgeous and will be a great addition to my bathroom once installed. But what’s better is the phone call I received after I ordered a sample tile asking if all ok and any questions. I have ordered samples from several places and this is the only company who provided such service. Definitely worth buying from Tile Warehouse for that reason alone!”

“Ordering process was a nightmare. The website kept freezing. When I received a confirmation email it stated that I didn't choose a delivery date! I did and it was highlighted. It also states I requested a smaller vehicle - i didn't. So I don't know if I'll get my order on time. Let's hope the tiles are what I ordered.”
