Tile Warehouse is all about making tile buying easy. Launched in early 2022, we are passionate about everything to do with tiles and making it as easy as possible for you to find the right tiles to help transform your home.

Part of the UK’s largest tile buying group, our low cost, online only operating model enables us to bring you the best quality tiles at the lowest possible prices, together with a wide range of trade quality tools and accessories.

We haven’t just stopped there. The Tile Warehouse website is packed full of helpful tiling tips and techniques to give you the confidence you need to tile the interior as well as exterior of your home yourself.

Tile Warehouse also offers a dedicated sample service so you can try before you buy; a Tile Visualiser that allows you to picture how your chosen tiles would look in your home; a Tile Calculator that tells you how many tiles you will need for your room together with free delivery on all orders over £300.

“Metro tiles all had a bend in them. Customer service said they appeared from the photos to be within guidelines but I could return them at my cost by insured courier. They offered to get the batches tested and I provided photos of the outside of the boxes with the barcodes and printed information on but had no response from them despite phoning them and leaving a message on Steves answerphone asking for someone to reply to my email. They did not break evenly due to the bend in them so I wasted lots of tiles. Would not deal with this company again. Over a week later and still not had a response from them. Poor customer service”

“Tile Warehouse managed to get me out of a really tight spot when I was running up towards a deadline on a refurbishment project. I needed 1500 tiles over three different colors and they were brilliant. They helped me from start to finish, from order to delivery to right outside the door at the property I was working in. No fuss, no bother just excellent service through and through. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. My sincere gratitude to their team. An easy five star review.”

“Good website, lots of choice. Product quality was better than high st DIY shops. Delivery was decent. I would advise adding 20% to measured area rather than 10%, as we ran out due to offcuts etc.”

“What can I say great service from start to finish samples deliverd quickly we had a whole pack cracked looked like delivery driver had overdone the strap but photos sent new pack received in two days I would highly recommend quality tiles”

“I was anxious about delivery of tiles but it went very well - the pallet was put exactly where I wanted it, delivery driver very pleasant tiles as expected and good value. The only problem is that I’ve got two boxes over and it’s it’s difficult to return”

“Recently ordered a box of rustic white tiles. The box had clearly been dropped on the corner so quite a few tiles were broken. Contacted customer service who were very helpful and sent out replacement tiles plus a few more. Happy with the tiles and the after sales. Would use again”

“Tiles were perfect as described. The colour in the picture on the website was a good representation of the tiles. The items dispatched quickly and was well packaged and arrived with me no damage. It was a completely painless transaction and I definitely would use these guys again.”
