“Ordering and delivery of the shoes were great. The sizing is quite off. I'm a US11 and ordered a 10 and that was still too big. Communication with the help/support team is non-existent, as I've emailed twice and no one has once returned my inquiry.”

Good evening. Sorry to hear the sizing wasn't right. I can see from your product review that you were comparing with casual sneakers which unfortunately almost always fit a whole size smaller than stated. It's best to compare sizes with formal dress shoes. In any case we can exchange them for free for you. As for the email correspondence (of lack of!) “It's rare for me to leave a review. The Crew at Thomas Bird has earned this 5 star review. If I could give 20 stars I would. This was a real-world situation where the boots I received did not fit. Samantha provided the return labels and was extremely courteous. The quality of the boots and high client service have earned you a client for life. Bravo!!!!”

“The Eastwood Tan Chelsea boots were my first pair of Thomas Bird boots. I can feel the full-grain leather, and the pointy toes scream it is Italian-made. It is summer now in Australia. My slim blue denim jeans and bespoke red floral shirt make me sexy. Add these boots, and I am elegant and stylish. For winter, my authentic brown aviator jacket (official USA military specifications), red wool turtleneck, chino khakis, and these boots and I am a badass debonair. I will order the Eastwood Oxblood soon. Buongiorno.”
