“It is difficult to find affordable well made shoes. They’re are either cheap and low quality or too expensive for the average consumer. Thomas Bird is your answer. You can tell that quality and affordability is their goal. I love their shoes. The minute I received my first pair, I was already planning my next purchase. That is how satisfied I am. I have been waiting for a company like this for a long time. “Ok so I ordered 4 pair of boots, only one complaint. The black Memphis boots have a black sole, cool. Except after one day of wearing the paint was peeling off. I was at a party where someone noticed black rubber all around the place, ended up being the paint from my boots sole. Not sure if this is the normal wear and tear but I would have thought it would scuff but not peel off in chunks. I am expecting the suede versions in a few days and hope they don’t do the same thing.”
