“My first order from TB. Just before Christmas and I realised I have entered the wrong shoes size and alerted TB. Despite being a holiday week Mr. Stuart responded. FANTASTIC! I received my shoes just 3-days after new year!. AND I’m loving my shoes. The design, finished and fits are just perfect. Thanks to everyone in TB!”

“I was skeptical at first ordering these shoes, sight unseen; online…overseas! WOW!!!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! He received the shoes in time for Christmas. I ordered kind of late but, the delivery was fast and I had to sign for the shoes. Next, the most important part of it all is that he is EXTREMELY PICKY regarding quality and he loves nice shoes. These were a winner, he was SO EXCITED. The shoes fit to perfection and the quality is impeccable. Thank you Thomas Bird, I’ll definitely be shopping with you again! Thanks”

“The 5 star is given for the quality and beauty of the shoes and not for the delivery service, which was awful with poor and inaccurate communication from the couriers used. Took a week to arrive when I paid for delivery in 2/3 days. As for the shoes, they are stunning and comfortable from day one and if you can fix the delivery experience via UPS then I would buy again”
