“It is difficult to find affordable well made shoes. They’re are either cheap and low quality or too expensive for the average consumer. Thomas Bird is your answer. You can tell that quality and affordability is their goal. I love their shoes. The minute I received my first pair, I was already planning my next purchase. That is how satisfied I am. I have been waiting for a company like this for a long time. Your shoes makes the outfit and the shoes from Thomas Bird will make everyone stop and ask, “Where did you buy those?” The customer service is professional and the shipping is fast. “Ok so I ordered 4 pair of boots, only one complaint. The black Memphis boots have a black sole, cool. Except after one day of wearing the paint was peeling off. I was at a party where someone noticed black rubber all around the place, ended up being the paint from my boots sole. Not sure if this is the normal wear and tear but I would have thought it would scuff but not peel off in chunks. I am expecting the suede versions in a few days and hope they don’t do the same thing.”

“Terrible service. Shoe is clearly used. Has creases on top. The sole is DIRTY. Its is clearly used. Also it runs large. I feel returning the shoe is risky because when I read their return policy I see these are the very reasons they can refuse a return for! They state if they see the shoe has been used, they will not accept the return. BUT YOU SENT ME A USED SHOW IN THE FIRST PLACE!! Will never use Thomas Bird again. What a waste of money!”

Good evening Abhishek, I'm really sorry to hear about this. It comes as a surprise as Samantha and her team always inspect every single pair for quality prior to despatch. Clearly something has gone wrong here. The soles in particular should be 100% completely unworn of course.
