“It's smart, sharp, beautiful, and elegant. The craftsmanship is outstanding. The shoes feel lightweight, solid, and incredibly comfortable. You have created a design that is both timeless and practical, worth every penny. I also wanted to thank you for your sizing advice. After adjusting the lacing, the fit is excellent. They are slightly generous in size, but in a very comfortable way, and I am very happy with the fit. Please pass my thanks on to everyone involved in making these shoes. It is clear that a great deal of care and skill has gone into them.”

“My experience with Thomas Bird was so flawless that I referred to it to my family and acquaintances as an example of good modern retailing. Product: excellent, service even better. Besides fast delivery to the US -unlike other merchants- when I had to return a pair of boots due to size and purchased a new pair - different model due to availability- on a larger size, cust service figured out on their own what was happening, linked both transactions, address me on email (written by a human!), sent me all I needed to return the package and initiated refund process immediately. I definitely will continue to purchase from Thomas Bird. Keep it up! product and service are of equal relevance and second to price.”

“T-Bird is an outstanding company. My dealings have been mostly positive, one hiccup early on, which we amicably resolved. Overall I must say, they are one of The Best retailers I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. The shoes & belts are the finest quality and are Absolutely Beautiful & the customer service is icing on the cake. “On recent acquisition of my size nine blood red Brooklyn shoes, current trends of scams etc always make me nervous to overcome this and a thoughtful and supportive chat with Samantha negated all the issues I had and allowed me to pay successfully and receive my purchases (shoe trees as well) within two days packaged perfectly and robustly along with Samantha going out of her way on all areas of this purchase and me now having a three off spring in the form of size nine’s all exquisite magnificence and ore hasn’t deteriorated over the the few years I’ve acquired these blessings firstly on opening the box then without fear of contradiction secondly when enjoying the elegance and comfort of wearing them and thirdly with the copious pleasant comments from friends and strangers whilst wearing this and other pairs of comfortable well fitting shoes 👞 thank you for supplying precisely what I wanted and making the experience as easy and pleasant as it turned out to be Andy B”

“I originally wanted to buy the Chestnut Penny Loafers, but they were out of stock and I was told they were unlikely to be reordered, so I placed an order for the tan version instead. A short time later, a returned pair of the chestnut loafers became available, and the Thomas Bird team actually called me to ask which colour I would prefer. I was genuinely impressed by this level of personal service and attention to detail. It's rare to find a company that goes the extra mile to make sure a customer gets exactly what they want. The shoes are excellent, and the customer service was even better. Highly recommended.”
