“Second pair of shoes I’ve ordered from Thomas bird in the last two months. Each order is dispatched quickly and arrives at my home in the USA faster than some of my Amazon packages. Great experience, great quality and service.”

“I am yet to wear my recent purchase but I love the shoes. They are stunning both in craftmanship and the colour I chose. It is absolutely great when you get to feel excited on buying something well worth the costs and complimented by an excellent customer service. I was not expecting the delivery to be as quick nor as smooth. I shall treat myself again and would happily highly recommend Thomas Bird to anyone who wish to shop with confidence knowing they are going to get the best service. A Very Satisfied Customer here. “Great bespoke footwear, however I would like to see 1/2 size options as I'm a genuine 9 1/2 and find it a bit frustrating having to endure the breaking in process. Other than that I'm very impressed.”

“You did. Awesome. I had return the shoes two different times for a smaller size and you took care of shipping cost and it was a quick process. Thank you so much. You may want to consider a special size guide for American purchasers. The European sizes are a lot different. I’m a size 10 in US and had to go with a size 8 (41) with you all. Cheers.”

“If you want it faultless, then I recommend to you Thomas Bird. It came well packaged and as described. I ordered 43UK but I had to return in exchange for 44 because it was a bit tight on my foot bridge. The whole process was excellent.”

“What else can I say, two weeks ago I bought a pair of the blue suede loafers and loved them so much I purchased a second pair. Also, the speed of shipping and response time of questions asked was almost immediate. I would really like to get the brown suede loafers next, but my size was not in stock. You'll LOVE the shoes and service.”

“I like the shoes and they are very elegant, but you have to put the complete rubber bands on the sole because they get damaged a lot when you walk a lot and I only use them to go to church. and it's not fair if they fix those details they are the best in shoes”

Good morning Richard, thank you for the feedback. They are dress shoes so they aren't quite as durable as other styles you can find in the market, but the rubber insert and top-piece do offer quite a bit of wear. The good news is that they can be refurbished by your local cobbler as they are a genuine Blake stitched construction.

“Thomas Bird’s shoes make any suit sing. The Oxblood size 11 Benson wholecuts are the most comfortable of any shoe. I can wear any Paul Smith suit and still feel even smarter wearing Thomas Bird.”
