“I had issuses with damage which i hadnt seen stright away this was handled without any fuss and the replacement boots were dispached these were first class and everything i was hoping for . As such they now have a customer for life”

Hi Justin, I’m sorry your shoe cream never arrived. I hope the shoes were to your liking? I wanted to ask if you had found your shoe cream in your order, we put them in a bubble wrap bag inside one of the shoes to protect them in transit. “Communication was excellent, TB kept me informed about my order from purchase to delivery. My new burgundy brogues are very finely made, and not only do they fit like a glove right out of the box, they make my Flintstone feet actually look sleek. They almost didn’t require any break-in, snug but comfortable with no tight spots or rubbing at my Achilles’ tendon. Only time and wear will truly reveal the quality of construction, but all signs thus far indicate with regular care, they’ll last for decades.”

“Not my first purchase from Thomas Bird. THe quality impeccable. As is the comfort of the shoes. Most importantly was the customer service. I made mistake on the online order for shipping. I contacted TB immediately, explained situation, needed expedited not standard shipping. They came through. I offered to pay the difference, they would not accept. Thank you. Much appreciated. Of course the shoes are great.”

“Lovely shoes but they had a slight mark on the toe . They looked as though someone had worn them and scuffed the toe”

“Absolutely love the patina on these olive green dress loafers. The esthetic is exactly what I wanted. The shoes are as described and were delivered quickly to me as an American customer. These are my first of two pairs of Thomas Bird shoes. I've been a longtime admirer of Luigi and his TB whole cuts. Also, I got the olive green whole cuts too. It's true! British craftsmanship with Italian esthetic. I'm looking forward to buying more footwear from Thomas Bird. Thank you.”

“I did inquire about the wholecut sizing and whether to go with my normal US size 8. They recommended, and promptly, that I order a 7.5. I took their advice and am very happy with the olive wholecuts I ordered. They were delivered promptly, and I have received a number of compliments on them.”
