“I was concerned about the time it would take for the shoes I ordered to arrive. There was no need. They arrived within days and on time. The shoes themselves are quite frankly beautiful. I really appreciate the obvious craftmanship that went into them. I will buy from Thomas Bird again!”

“Initially, I thought my boots didn't fit. I enquired about an exchange and whether it would be better to change the boot style or get a bigger size. Samantha called me to help me make a decision. In the end, I realised the boots fit fine so need to return.”

“The shoes are fantastic quality, well made, and comfortable. Customer service has been excellent. I bought the shoes for my daughters wedding and when the shoes were delivered I even a note from one of the team to say they hoped we have an amazing time, it was a such a lovely touch”

“Excellent service & perfect fit. These were a surprise for my husband but he found them a bit too bright. They exchanged them for a brown pair without any problems & refunded the difference! He loves the fit & will order more after he sees how these hold up. Beautiful shoes.”
