“First of all, I live in the United States. I placed my order and in three days the shoes were at my door. Secondly, the construction of these shoes are absolutely beautiful and top quality. “I have just ordered the Custom Patina Wholecut in Oxblood. Absolutely love these shoes and will definitely be ordering more from Thomas Bird. I have a high instep so I am pleased that I ordered a larger size. I then had to order the matching belt to go with them. I am a new convert to this brand. They arrived very quickly as well; great service.”

“Chelsea boots (Eastwood), if you love a Chelsea boot you won't be disappointed in the style and quality. My"go to" shoe and boot is barker but these far out weight them with looks and quality.”

“I’ve bought two of the Benson wholecut model an I love them both. One is now 2 years old and has worn extremely well. They also fit me like a glove with no break in period. I’ve exchanged a few emails with the team as well and they are extremely helpful I have to say. Top marks!”

“A very nice experience! They processed and shipped my shoes quickly. Regular updates were provided throughout the shipping process, which was a short few days to Scottsdale Arizona. The quality of the boots I ordered is the best I've seen. The leather feels like "butter". It's so smooth, giving, and like putting on another pair of socks. I will shop at Thomas Bird again due to the excellent service, web-friendly purchase, and communication during the shipping process.”
