“The service exceeded my expectations being I'm in the US. The delivery was faster than some domestic deliveries. You must have a warehouse here. Only downside is there are no half sizes. I'm a US 9.5..ordering a 9 I have to get the boot stretched.”

Good evening Stanley, sorry about that. Yes, unfortunately in order to get a full refund, we require the boots back in an unworn condition. Sadly once they've been taken outside the soles mark up and we can't resell the boots. “This was my first time purchasing anything from Thomas Bird. I bought a pair of Phoenix Zip Boots in a size 9/US that I loved, but turned out to be too small. I followed their instructions on exchange/returns and exchanged my boots for a size 10/US. I got my new pair in a timely manner and I absolutely love them! They fit perfectly and look great.”
