“The boots I ordered arrived I really liked them they were just too small. I sent them back for another style the process to send them back was efficient. Do yourself a favor order the self postage from Thomas Bird much cheaper than sending them back on your own. Awaiting for my exchanged pair. Thomas Bird responded to all my emails no complaints on my end.”
