“This was my fourth pair of shoes from Thomas Byrd. I tried to get the blue pair in my size (47) last year and they were out. I was fortunate enough to get my hands on what was showing as the last pair. The shoes have become a bit pricey but I’m over all happy. I would like to see a special sale run periodically.”

“Placing an order was easy followed by an efficient service. However, I need to return 2 pairs which are the wrong size and could not get any acknowledgement of my communication on this. So I am having to send GBP450 worth of shoes without a confirmation of my email. This is a little concerning!”

“I recently wrote a review rating 1 star only due to the fact that my parcel was lost and I had no response from Thomas Bird. They called me and explained the situation and they did their best to get to the bottom of this. The problem was with the courier service at the end of the day. Throughout all of this I couldn't thank Thomas Bird enough for keeping up to date and possible outcome if the parcel is not found. In the end the parcel was found and I'm a happy customer with a great stunning pair of shoes.”

“Reason for the low review. I do not know where my parcel is. Courier left it outside in view of people passing by and upon returning home it was no where to be seen. I have contacted Thomas Bird twice asking what is happening, any information but nothing. No one has got back to me at all. If I knew this is how they treat customers I wouldn't have brought from them in the first place. I might as well put £225 down the drain!”
