“I ordered a pair of black whole cut oxfords. The shipping & delivery were very fast. The shoes are outstanding. They are beautiful and fit perfectly. I really wasn't sure, but I am glad I took the risk of ordering shoes online. I am very pleased and will be ordering more shoes fro Thomas Bird. Great experience.”

“Ordered the black wholecuts and received them in less than 5 days (shipped to U.S.)!! Incredible quality shoes that are also very comfortable and fit as expected. These shoes make a statement but are classy and not too over the top. I will be wearing these in my wedding, so I also wanted something that looks great and will last for years to come. I will certainly be buying more shoes from TBL!! I couldn’t be a happier customer.”

“The oxfords I ordered were very well made and top quality. Shipping to the US was extremely fast and I believe they were shipped out the same day I placed the order. “Before purchase, I got an email that will get a gift item with my purchase, but never seen not gift except the two shoes I bought for 475 pounds. Customer service response is poor. When I want to make a purchase I got a response which item is available, but when one of the shoes I bought did not fit and I want to send it back I couldn't get a shipping label or procedure how to go about it. And I kept sending email yet no response.”

“I am VERY PLEASED with my purchase from Thomas Bird London. The shoes are beautiful but equally important is the customer service I received. Since I am not from the UK, I needed to adjust my US size to UK sizing; not difficult, but I did have some questions. The Associates at Thomas Bird immediately responded to my inquiries and provided clear answers which helped me make what I feel was the right choice for my needs. Throughout my entire purchase process my questions involving sizing, color, and accessories were answered quickly and clearly. I will definitely purchase from Thomas Bird again.”
