“Terrible service. Shoe is clearly used. Has creases on top. The sole is DIRTY. Its is clearly used. Also it runs large. I feel returning the shoe is risky because when I read their return policy I see these are the very reasons they can refuse a return for! They state if they see the shoe has been used, they will not accept the return. BUT YOU SENT ME A USED SHOW IN THE FIRST PLACE!! Will never use Thomas Bird again. What a waste of money!”

Good evening Abhishek, I'm really sorry to hear about this. It comes as a surprise as Samantha and her team always inspect every single pair for quality prior to despatch. Clearly something has gone wrong here. The soles in particular should be 100% completely unworn of course. “My first order from TB. Just before Christmas and I realised I have entered the wrong shoes size and alerted TB. Despite being a holiday week Mr. Stuart responded. FANTASTIC!
