“I love the wool factory I love how easy the web site is how quickly you post it the orders and your enthusiasm makes me feel like I'm an important customer. But.....I tried on 5 different occasions yesterday to become a VIP and avail on the wee extras with the order I was making but it would not go through seemed like a perform on your end as I was able to place the order ok but not the VIP order so I lost it on my extra savings”

“Unbelievably good service. Last order arrived within 3 days of my order. So few wool shops are now open in my arra that this is ideal for me. I have been knitting for nearly 70 years amd have rarely found a netter selection. The webditr is also very uset friemdly even for someone of my age. Keep up the good work”
