“Can't believe how quickly the parcel of wool was delivered. It was scheduled for delivery at a friend's house so quickly that we had to ring them early morning to say that they would be getting their wool far sooner than we thought. They are totally over the moon with the quality of the chunky wool that we ordered.”

“Very pleased with the knitting books I ordered displaying modern Rico collections. Having decided upon a pattern however, the Rico Fashion Mohair Chunky wool does not seem to be available from the Wool Factory, or indeed, anywhere else in the UK. Such a disappointment.”
