“Great company, so easy to order and lots of choice. I ordered mixed T-shirt yarns. Thank you so much for such a fabulous bargain! Wasn't expecting much colour wise but 10 different shades - amazing!! Delivery was quick too 😊”

“I ordered a number of balls of wool and it is fantastic. It is a lot thicker than other double knitting wool that I have used . Ordered on line and the delivery was very quick . Would definitely order from them again. Brilliant.”

“Received my order . But I am not happy with the white wool, very hard to knit with, its is made from recycled fibres. And doesn't look nice when knitted. Next Gen double knit 100% recycled fibre . I've got 8x100grams left.”

“My daughter and I travelled to look at this shop (70 miles) and were happily surprised. I have never been to a more welcoming store, from the offer of coffee to walk around with to the welcome everyone got as they walked in. People were sat around knitting and chatting, comparing notes and there was a separate class going on in a room specially for this. The lady who was behind the counter (when she wasn’t running around after everyone) was the best ad I have ever seen for customer service. I will be going again and hope this company can expand with the same type of shop and staff to the Nottinghamshire area.”

“I was finding it impossible to find 10mm knitting needles, that were longer than 35cm, in local shops. Thank goodness for The Wool Factory! The 40cm needles arrived within a couple of days of me ordering them and my grandaughter's blanket is under way, thank you.”

“Can't believe how quickly the parcel of wool was delivered. It was scheduled for delivery at a friend's house so quickly that we had to ring them early morning to say that they would be getting their wool far sooner than we thought. They are totally over the moon with the quality of the chunky wool that we ordered.”
